I bought a 1990 Thunderbird Super Coupe last year with 45k miles and drive it routinely through the week. A comfortable car with plenty of low rpm torque...
Some of those might just have been my cars. I have bought and sold 18 of them from 89-95. In some ways I miss all that but its nice to see these guys keep them rolling. I went to the other side S550 Mustang GT with a Roush blower.
0:26 I hate to bring this up, but *that* *wallet,* so close to the window, while it's rolled down, was giving me anxiety...😅 Sorry... Anyways, great video!!!!!! Some beautiful T-Bird's!!!! My Dad had a Green '98, SC when I was 4 years old...Great memories, him taking me out in it...
Hey I own a ford thunderbird sc and was wanting to know if I could put 19x11 at the rear for more power/grip what offset will get the t bird flush fitment.
I run an 18x10 in the rear of my SC w/ +40mm. Rolled the fenders and it is a tight fit. Also had the zip tie the ebrake cables out of the way as they rubbed. Not sure on 11in wide or if they'd fit as 10 with a rolled fender lip was enough of a chore. Good luck 🤙🏼
When is your next cruise? I have a 1990 Super Coupe I bought last year with 45k miles. I have around 65k miles right now. My car is artic white with blue interior... I live in North Alabama...
I'd start on TCCoA forums. They typically have build recipes or suggestions on things to do first...or best bang for the buck. Thanks for checking out the channel 🤙🏼
Wheels are Ferrada 20x9 +35 all around with 275 30 on the rear and 255 30 on the front in this pic. Had to replace the fronts and went to 275 30 there too. Well I think they are 30s looks like nitto may have added taller aspect ratios recently. I'll have to check when I get home.
I was never fortunate enough to own a sc but I had a lot with a natural aspirated 3.8 it was quick but the motor was garbage I would love to get my hands on a sc though I really would..
Building a sve concept with the best intentions on nostalgia and being conservative.. can't wait to put what I have done on the web for all to see... nice job on the vid.
This is awesome I’m glad people are still driving these cars.
Me too, they're freaking awesome...👌👊
@@mid-s_to_earlysViBEZ I hope to be an additional one next year

As an ex-owner of three 94-95 LX 4.6 birds, the next one MUST be an SC.
Absolutely 💯 🤙🏼
