How to Change The Anode In Dux Electric Hot Water System and Prevent Tank Corrosion

I was hoping the leak from the anode cap was a anode nut sealing problem. Thanks to this video I found the anode had completely disappeared and only the nut remained. Needless to say the tank has a rust whole in it. Now I know better.
