I have been using a variety of Iso rods.
I have been using Silstars , Banaxs, and Shepherd and Daiwa Short power Iso rods from 3.3 to 5.3m long
I never had problems.

I use surf rod ,Daiwa Saltiga 1333xh (4m long) and for luring, I use Daiwa Dragger XH-3 or Ocean Legacy Specialist. For the drummer , black fish or bream , fishing I use ISO rods between 3.3 to 5.4 metres long rods.
