You may think its great letting people run business with following laws but when you are injured at one of these you can't sue

There is a plague of unlicensed businesses in America Mostly from Hispanic that think a free country means laws are optional

French,Germans, Romanians, Russians, Turks, Greeks, Irish all have different cultures and food and languages. We call them after hours! Every one that was left in St.Louis closed when the owners died from old age. My favorite had stuffed couches and a Wurlitzer juke box filled with classic jazz! It even had a pool table and 3 chess boards. The doorman was a magician! He knew me and I never laid eyes on him before my first visit! I miss that spot! Closed when Covid took the owner out.😔 Good tjmes
