I love how the guy was bringing a guitar to Keith, and Keith was like “Na, never mind… this guy is killing it by himself!”
No, it seems there was something wrong with it. Keith kept checking if it was ready. To be fair, the guitar tech was put in a tough spot to spring it up out of the blue. But true, at the end it wasn't even necessary. It seems it freed Keith to just do a monster of a vocal performance. I think partly that's what makes this performance unique. Only example of Keith doing this song with just vocals. Feels "freer" and more spirited.
If you’re gonna bring signs you’d better bring your game too…and damn if Rob didn’t do exactly that. Respect!

Best part is Keith's reaction, when he starts playing and Keith gave the guitar back to one of his crew member. I think Keith was going to play with him and decided to him solo, when Keith realized how good he was playing.
