How to replace luggage wheels and remove rivets

This video will show how to remove and replace wheels that are attached with rivets on a set of 2 wheel roller luggage.
Luggage brand is Forecast and is over 20 years old. Replacement wheels were purchased from Amazon. Manufacturer/part number is Zoofen (D047)

I had to take a double take at the year this was uploaded after I saw that drill. 🤣 Looks just like the Montgomery Ward all metal drill I had as a kid back in the 70s... and it was way old even when I had it.
