- Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has broken his silence after being snubbed from England's preliminary European Championships squad.
The 26-year-old has endured a difficult campaign for United this season and has fallen out of favour with Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate. Rashford's problematic season saw him register just seven goals and two assists in 33 Premier League appearances as they were dumped out of the Champions League and finished outside of the European places.
Southgate opted to call-up the likes of Jarrod Bowen, Eberechi Eze and Bukayo Saka in his attacking ranks after naming a 33-man squad, which will be whittled down to 26 ahead of the tournament in Germany next month.
