more excellent finds Joe. The Heinz Becker and Berlin Bones are under the radar gems. Big fan of Rudiger Carl, his records with Irene Schweitzer are all worth seeking out.
@@analog_archive yeah, have Messer and Tuned Boots with Louis Maholo on drums, Goose Panee is a great quartet date with Dutch bassist Arjen Gorter, Die V-Mann Suite is a Carl/Schweizer duo on FMP as is The Very Centre Of Middle Europe on Hat Hut
@@mikewebber3693 I’m familiar with Messer, but will need to check out their other sessions together, thanks for the recommendations! I do have Zwei Quintette by Rudiger Carl that is awesome
@@analog_archive if you ever come across Blue Goo Park with Carl and French bassist Joelle Leandre scoop it up, cd only on FMP but an all time favorite
I would love to find a nice mint copy of Gato's debut on ESP. Those were some very interesting records Joe. A few were new to me. Sounds like you had some success at the show. Are you going to the record show in Queens? I may be there. Looks pretty promising at this point. Thanks~ Rob/Boston
The copy I found is very clean so hopefully it will also play well! I was thinking about it but the distance, along with not really having a plan has made me decide to try for next year! Hope you find some killer stuff if you go!
If the one you’re talking about has a picture of Peter Brotzmann on the front, then unfortunately no. The copies were pricey and tough to find in the US
Great stuff, will definitely be revisiting this video again in the future - mike
Thanks Mike!

Thanks Mike! Do you have those titles? I agree, I’m still looking for Carl’s material with Irene Schweitzer! I have a few saved on discogs.
