You have to be lucky. Recently I've been trying to hit +6 FF again on an Amy because I found a better one, but I've spent 2 billion gold and lots of mats and have been failing. Doesn't hurt as much tho because I already have a decent +6 FF amy with malice.
Got +8 on my rapid fire gloves without the three max rolls, love the build. Wish I had the patience for heartseeker but dropping 40m plus per arrow has been extremely rewarding
@@stephencastrosc1 I have a Andy build right now I don't play much though because the 2 guys I did play with moved to other games that I don't have so I've been running solo.
@@dartless So in retrospect I can feel pretty lucky only spending 150 million gold on my grandfather for a triple crit on Health xD I did it when you could still crit the fourth stat on GF that does the item durability thing.

I got it on my first try on pants with just +3 HS (no GA) so ended up with +7. Never bothered to try again, I'm happy with it lol

Question regarding basic skill dmg gems on weapons vs vuln, are there certain break points I want to hit?
I noticed I hit harder with the Basic Skill Damage gems slotted into my weapons.

Heartseeker is gutted for next season so rapid fire is king.
