Why are there no full length videos of the tours on YT? I would love to see them.

A Steeltown staple. He was always on the airwaves, growing up in Hamilton. Great chat!

How wonderful to hear Steve talk about some things outside of the usual questions about Red Green...and kudos for asking the Fishin' Musician question as I had long wondered about that, too.

Well done segment. I always enjoy Steve, either as Red Green or as himself talking about what makes him tick. And the ticking of the cat clock that was in the background, a classic looking clock. Thanks again!!

I Love "Red Green" and was delighted to find the episodes and On Tour showing continuously on Roku: a much needed antidote to the madness of the real world.

If you haven't already you might enjoy The Possum Lodge Podcast on Patreon! Lots of fun. Scripted, like the series. I've been contributing a few new sketches and it's just like old times :)

I did finally sign up. Not really liking Patreon site ...ironic that the first episode I heard included " smart is the new stupid".

"I'm the audience." Wow. I've been drawing cartoons for nearly 50 years. I read them and laugh at them. Some people ask me ''you laugh at your own cartoons?" I said "Yes! Who do you think I'm drawing them for?" Steve's comments about wanting to create content that he thinks is funny is spot on.

Love that. No one better than your own compass. One of the reasons it was fun writing on that show was that you only had to capture one person’s sensibility and that was his. Some jobs I’ve had since then are serving 1000 masters and pleasing no one

Steve Smith was a genius on Smith and Smith, what little I can find out there now to watch and the Red Green Show. I agree with almost everyone on the show except the one actor that filled in as a Hap Shanise type when Hap was not there kind of was hard to hear and did not project well with his voice. The thing I find amazing is that a bunch of the cast members of The Red Green Show they still get together for this podcast they do.

That was awesome! I'm in Utah, have my own lodge patch and raised all 7 of my adult children on Red Green, and now my 20 grandchildren are being raised on Red Green. Our state made red and green Jello the official state Jello in a competition against many other states on PBS in a contest to have Red visit. I believe it was Utah and Ohio who it came down too. Steve came to both our states as Red Green. I met Steve at the TV station at the University of Utah for Public TV. Very nice man.

oh this is a treasure to behold, i loved the Jack Benny show too my mom was surprised i liked that show i was 3 at the time a local am station played it late at night when i couldn't rest id listen to the comedy hours jack, The great Gildersleeve Fibber Magee n molly, shows they had me giggling like crazy i knew what they meant i was 3 years old but for some reason i understood everything, that was back in 1979, i still enjoy those golden treasures one time i actually caught a few clear dxing channels from Canada with a show Sesame park back in 2001, i saw Red Green on it im going no way this is so freakkin awesomes, grown up on Sesame Street and finding out later on a spin off made in Canada which was neat to find out and having one of the greatest actors ever on it made my day, i know im the odd one out but boy i love something that just makes you laugh and smile and feel great and the red green show always did that for me even on my darkest days it brought light.

For those that may not know, Rob Sheridan was a writer on The Red Green Show during its last 5 seasons; contributing writer on Seasons 11 and 15, and show writer on Seasons 12, 13 and 14.

I met "Red Green!" He signed my Converse platforms I made by duct taping Dr. Pepper cans to the bottoms of my white hightops. Surprised my dad by bringing him to a live show and getting a pic with him, after. 📺🔧🔩🔨🔦
