I don't know what WAS hardcore, but I know what it is now.
I have nothing against oldskool but some of the ones who listen it always feels superior to the others because they know this music since a longer time.
If in ten years I keep listening the kind of harcore from 2011 I won't repeat "kids don't know what is HC"
on each remixes of old songs.

@ExtroahMedia True. The thing is with hardcore at the moment it's too soft, too melodic. It's not the kind of agressiveness that got me into it on the first place. There have been several good releases though, take Unexist's Anarchy for example. A rough, raw and uncut piece of real hardcore.

@FreddyKiz2 in my opinion a remix is when you put in totally different arrangements and make a complete new track from it,. which has much influence of the original track
on the other hand a refix, has almost the same arrangements, put in the vocals a little diffrent and pump up the base a little bit, and basically try to remake the original, so they try to make it sound better than the original. In my opinion that is called a RIP OFF.
