She will definitely end up in prison. Her trial starts in August. There's no chance of her getting out of a prison sentence. It is even more frustrating that she could have walked out of the bathroom, handed the baby to a nurse, and nobody would have said a word to her mom. Specifically hydromorphone. So basically every mom who tried pain meds before/instead of epidural has had morphine before baby was born.
The only med she got that isn’t usually given to pregnant women is the toradol (like super strong ibuprofen in if form) but she was only given a single dose and that single dose would not hurt a fetus

I don’t think at all that the whole being pregnant thing works anymore. I think it’s the opposite now. You are facing serious criminal charges which could lead to many years in prison and you get pregnant. Just shows how awful and irresponsible you are which makes you look worse in my opinion. I imagine what my mother would be doing in that moment, it definitely would not be with her mother is doing. My mom would probably be running the investigation at that point.
I have a lot of compassion for young moms/teen moms. It's not easy! But I don't have compassion for someone who blatantly lies and smothers her newborn to death. There are so many other options and resources available.

I'm sure the law can't tell someone not to have another child. But I've been watching many video's on her. And I could swear that in her court hearing, the judge or maybe someone else, told her a few things on what she can't do. And I could of heard this wrong, this person said also you can't or shouldn't get pregnant again. So that picture shows she just looks like she gained a LOT of weight. Because if you look at her first pictures of her pregnancies' she didn't have a full face or bigger all the way around. I'm going with she just gained a LOT of weight.

I have Lupus and chronic migraines and seizures I was pregnant and received the same pain meds at least twice a month by injection because my pain was so severe and my daughter was just fine.
