I really think this is from a long term eating and bulimia disorder that has been written about before. Her hands have frequent bandages and abrasions . She often looks way too thin .If she has other health issues going on, it's a very serious situation.

Is it not possible she lost a lot of weight from the surgery recovery which maybe was very hard on her body- after all, we know she had severe pregnancy issues, she's always been in great shape but she is on the slender side that if she lost some weight she'd look almost *too* thin, what I mean is much thinner than her normal.
