That team was so fun to watch. They got robbed by the refs in the playoffs. That whole team had an insane chemistry. Kinda look the current Chicago Bulls team. Biedrins had the nastiest shot I have ever seen tho haha
Baron was one of my favorite players and favorite pg growing up he was such a beast I wish he could have played at a certain level for all his time in the nba
T-mac, Baron Davis, Brandon Roy, Greg Oden etc. Imagine how these careers would've panned out if these guys weren't plagued with injuries. Now we have to see how kobe and D Rose will be next season
Love his attacking mentality, fearless playing style. Still fondly remember how he led an 8th seed (GSW) over the 1st seed (Mavs). Personally, I believe his inability to control his weight led to his body frequently breaking down
Niggas don't know nothing bout the Old Baron Davis. Nigga was too real...handles,hops, could finish in traffic. Nigga was the truth. If only he could've stayed healthy in his prime years.
A lot of people believe Streetball and the NBA never reached their perfect mix. Baron, Jason, and Rafer came pretty close. Lance Stephenson and Kyrie as well The Era’s pretty much over, but Baron is probably the most successful stylistically. Most would argue Kyrie, but Kyrie really an Australian-Private School-Elitist Baron is straight out of the American Urban Parks/Drew League
Dude played straight up street ball. I miss these days of the warriors too. Curry holding that crown real well too. I love both eras and being able to see this
davis is another one of the should have been a future hall of famer players from the late 90s whose career did not last long enough to gain the respect his talent warranted. he was a perennial all star talent whose injuries and circumstances( such as his clipper run where he was shackled by coach Dunleavy on record) never panned out. he, steve francis(migraines. alcoholism), Marbury(own personality), stoudemire(injuries. playing on the loaded 2000s blazers) Iverson and nash will likely be the only hall of famers for this group and even AI's career did not end the way it should have. nash should be retired already as well.
Baron Davis was the man . Hewas fast quick strong and skilled . He could get almost any shot he wanted .when he put that spin on ya hed come out of it 2 steps ahead and look like hes standing in the same position.
@vladi48mir yes, you could consider him a combo guard because his style of play. But he still is a pg. combo guard is a style of play and pg is an actual position.
I was a grown man when I seen rose and some of these other greats enter but as a kid seeing the back and of mjs career and the beginning/prime/ star years of iverson. Vince Carter Kobe tmac ray allen kg dirk duncan nash shaq bdiddy bron wade melo etc. 99 on into the 2000s was easily the most lit time of basketball ever.
Vince Carter and Baron Davis are the most awesome players i´ve ever seen., Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, Durant, Magic... are better, but doesn´t have this kind of MAGIC.
Brings a tear watching this.. One of the most unique players of the modern era.
07 Dubs are one of the most unforgettable teams ever. BD, J-Rich, SJax, Ellis, Matt Barnes, Harrington, a productive Biedrins? Good times
Can't imagine how tough the West Conf. was if the 07 Dubs were only 8th seed. They were freakin good!!!
favorite team on 2k
That team was so fun to watch. They got robbed by the refs in the playoffs. That whole team had an insane chemistry. Kinda look the current Chicago Bulls team. Biedrins had the nastiest shot I have ever seen tho haha
Haha biedrins haha almost forgot that guy wasn’t pietrus on that team too
He was a phenomenal player.
Damn those knees.
Baron was one of my favorite players and favorite pg growing up he was such a beast I wish he could have played at a certain level for all his time in the nba
It's a shame that injuries plagued this guy. He was something special.
He was the strongest most athletic finishing PG I'd ever seen until D Rose and Westbrook came along. Amazing in his prime.
For those wondering BD stats against Dallas in 2007 MP 40.6 (6 games) PTS 25 TRB 6.2 AST 5.7 STL 1.8 BLK 0.7 (shooting 54 , 45,5 & 77,1 %)
T-mac, Baron Davis, Brandon Roy, Greg Oden etc. Imagine how these careers would've panned out if these guys weren't plagued with injuries. Now we have to see how kobe and D Rose will be next season
See I don’t feel like Baron Davis is on this list.. I think he maxed out
Love his attacking mentality, fearless playing style. Still fondly remember how he led an 8th seed (GSW) over the 1st seed (Mavs). Personally, I believe his inability to control his weight led to his body frequently breaking down
Baron Davis is the coolest!
Loving your random selection of offense highlights man, keep up the good work!
Easily one of my favorite all time W's players. Dude was unstoppable when he wasn't injured...

I miss the 06-07 Warriors that made it to the playoffs. That was an exciting team to watch
Speed, strength , jumpshot, postmove, Baron Davis have it all.
He was the best example of how to attack the basket and having confidence.
DRose+ CP3= Baron Davis
Obviously I believe that Baron Davis was better than both. But I guess my opinion wasn't clear enough for your criticism
I was thinkin d will n cp3 befor seein this
D.J. Santana yeah that would fit also
What a terrible take
@@bdww4072 that was ten years ago man 😂
He was a machine!
he would be so unstoppable with today’s spacing
Right? Then he could miss even more wide open jumpers as the arguably the worse volume three point shooter of all time!

Niggas don't know nothing bout the Old Baron Davis. Nigga was too real...handles,hops, could finish in traffic. Nigga was the truth. If only he could've stayed healthy in his prime years.

Baron is straight out of the American Urban Parks/Drew League
Thanks for the video man, BD is my favorite point guard. Hands down.
Dude played straight up street ball. I miss these days of the warriors too. Curry holding that crown real well too. I love both eras and being able to see this
It would've been cool if his shorts was a little bit longer
POWER GUARD
I wish he still played like that !!!

What an offensive machine!

Could shoot, handle, was crafty, athletic, and was built like a RB. B-Diddy was soooo good
Could shoot?
Better do a refresher of his basketball reference page before making that claim 😅
gotta be one of the most creative players ever
at one point and time he was the best all around pg in the game
That last spin tho past 2 defenders at the end.....wow.
BD was a point guard. a very very good one too. injuries though... dude had it all hops shots handles pass decent d too
Baron Davis was the man .
