Drawing with ball point pen is very interesting practice first I tried it out one year ago, but failed, now I realised that I didn't know how to use it properly, I've tried it again a couple of weeks ago, cannot say that was great, but I slowly began to understand its technique. This is good video Rocke, I think ball point pen deserve more attention especially if it's difficult for some artists to buy well quality liners

Gaining more sharpness and soft pressure control is critical. I will definitely be hatch layer more. The blue pen is very versatile especially when combined with the scan/photo tip.

I love drawing with ball point pen BLUE colour. Especially when cross hatching.
Create line weights with ballpoint by drawing triangular wedge shapes.

I always use ballpoint pens, especially Pilot PRECISE V5 and V7 RT pens! Great inks and digital colors Dr. ROCKE!
