I'd like to see it setup in a church 60 feet or so from the platform. Then I'd like to see at least two tests, one with a full body shot of a walking pastor and another with a tighter, waist up shot. It would also be good to see what happens if the speaker is walking on the stage with other people also on the stage. Maybe even with the tracked person walking behind other people. I wathed a PTZ Optics video that showed their camera ignoring others in the view very well.
Ajay, related question: 4K seems to be the default with this ptz. I have an ATEM mini, and since it only takes 1080p, I have to change the resolution every time. Have you had this experience, and is there a solution to saving default as 1080?

Hi AJ, my church just bought 2 fomako 4K ptz cams. I have them hooked in network with a Poe hub. It all works and I used them last Sunday, the cameras will not start up with the cat 6 wires so I have to plug them into their power supply to start them, then I can unplug the power supplies and they are then powered by the cat6 plugs only. What am I doing wrong.
Hi there, not specific to this camera, but just curious, is a very slight lag normal for NDI feeds? I gave it a try having EasyWorship display it from our FoMaKo PTZ camera. Straight off of HDMI into ATEM has no lag. (granted while it is a high end computer, it is a couple years old, so not sure if NDI just needs latest and greatest.) Thanks for any input and all the great videos you do, I learned a lot from them in adding a streaming setup to our chuch over just going off of feed from a phone :)

I was looking for something like this but no AI tracking my Pastor went to a conference a few weeks back and told me the church he was in had a camera that tracked the speaker by a device he was wearing. Have you seen or heard of this before? I feel like I have hesrd of it but I am having a hard time finding it through my various google searches. Any info would help Thank You! And God Bless
I've ran into an issue and hopefully you could help me out.. I have 2 of these ptz cameras and for some reason the hdmi wont send the video feed to my atem mini or even to a monitor. Ive tried 2 different fiber optic hdmi cords and cant seem to have video output through the hdmi. By the way i did have one camera output video for a few minutes but when i closed obs and then relaunched it, it didnt pick up the hdmi video feed. Sorry for the long question.
How about showing us a good work out letting us really see how well it tracks? It IS a tracking camera. From what little I saw it does not frame a head shot well. Too much headroom.
@@williiambjones5918 this ptz requires you to pick the output connection as both do not work at the same time. With that being said did yours just stop working?

Hey what’s up AJay. I noticed on the back that the SDI port is marked 3G. I might be wrong but isn’t 3G limited to 1080p?
correct, it should be 12G SDDI to get 4K60, 6G SDI to get 4K30

what is the max distance from the speaker should the camera be, the building is around 40 yards from the sound desk to the pulpit ?

That doesn't seem right. I'm not exactly sure. How much per does your pow switch output per port?
@@AJaytheCEO the Poe is 65watts, 18watts per port.and it is also powering the joystick controller. The cameras and controller all spec at 12w.

Does the USB output in 4K too? What OBS plugin do you have for the lower thirds pop-up?

What is the output resolution set to on your PTZs?

You need to set them to nothing higher than 1080p60
