- As we continue to celebrate the 71'st anniversary of Bob Marley's birth, one person who knew him very well is his best friend, graphic artiste and photographer Neville Garrick who we caught up with on the Jamrock Reggae cruise back in November after a session with cruisers that sought to humanize the man many only know as the iconic Reggae figure.
Bob is one of the few icons who never stopped being one of the people and relatable to just about everyone.
I greatly appreciate Mr. Garrick’s insight but more importantly by his ability to be understandable and profound at the same time. Bless up!

You should ask him why he and the other members of the band didn't went to Germany when Bob send for them to see him before he died
He was there for Bob Marley last birthday in 1981 months before he died

If that's true about Germany and money,then how the Marley children and family still have so much respect for them
Some people are unable to handle watching a love one pass. I know several people who just couldn’t to it. He was a great friend to Bob who accompanied him to London when exiled from Jamaica.
