Traffic Light Hysteria - Florida Traffic Madness

The red light traffic in Pinellas County and Hillsborough County seem exceptionally horrendous so I made a video showing how bad it gets. Everyday at rush hour it is like this. The lights last 5 minutes. The line goes all the way to the next red light.
