- Harry puts all of his energy, strength, and ability into his career, and during his performances we can see how far he pushes himself. He often sings and dances until he is left with nothing, leaving everything on the stage for his fans.
Everyone has challenges in their life, whether they are physical, mental, emotional, environmental, etc. I hope these videos help to inspire people to push beyond their limitations and pursue their dreams. Show kindness to others and make a positive impact on the world.

From his early days in One Direction it is clear that Harry wanted this career despite the hardships and health challenges. He never complains! And he truly enjoys performing--in interviews he talks about the thrill and happiness of being on stage. He's incredibly hardworking and driven. He's worked with vocal coaches to improve his singing support and range. And his workouts with his personal trainer equal any professional athlete. Part of his motivation for the physical training must be to overcome the asthma and make it possible to perform 2 hour shows so often. Even in the clips you're showing he smiles and looks joyful. He also has surrounded himself with a band and technical people who respond to any problem he develops during a show. He's an extraordinary artist/performer and clearly willing to challenge himself over and over. Thanks for your videos which show his bravery and determination to have a career despite health challenges.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! That’s why I do these videos - to show the heart that he puts into his work despite his challenges. He’s such a tremendous entertainer and human.
And, you can imagine how hard it is for him, that even though he exercises with a trainer regularly and stays in shape, he still easily over-exerts himself to the point where it’s noticeable and he has to explain to his fans.

All good and well, but he pushes beyond the limit, that will put pressure on the heart! Believe me, my mum dies, my brother did and l have it. Fine to exercise but there is a limit you can cross!

Even when i watch back 1d videos , you can see how he sometimess struggled. Yet he never compalined. He is an inspiration for so many reasons 💖 💖☺️✨️✨️

Sometimes I really worry about him when he is gasping for air. I lost a young man in my life that was in his young 30s to asthma. It is really hard on the body. Harry please try not to push yourself into exhaustion. We love you way to much to watch you struggle ❤
I am sorry for the loss of your friend. Asthma can be very scary and serious at times. I believe he knows his limits (most of the time), and I hope he takes care of himself.
@@MyMindMood I agree with you however I was an licensed EMT for 12 years and rode the back of a rescue and can tell you when an asthma attack gets to a certain point there is no return. Not even medical intervention. Even a trachiotomy doesn't save their life. I just worry that's all. I l9ve this man for all his greatness and this world is a much better place with him in it. Hw needs to be around for the next 60-70 years 😇
Totally agree - the world is better with him in it. And you’re right, that’s the risk with severe asthmatics. Let’s hope he takes good care of himself.
I was 19 when I was diagnosed with Asthma. Basically everything starts swelling so breathing becomes restricted, feels like suffocating, pretty scary. Been in emergency a few times. One day at a time!🙂

I’m so grateful to Harry for all the joy and moments of happiness he gives to us💚…but not at that high price for him🙏🏼. Wish him start thinking more about himself❤

Asthma is cautionary, as our doctor told my son when he was young that he must use the inhaler if need be bc if you let the 🫁'attack' go too far there's nothing that can be done😇

He gave everything he had to his music. Great entertainer. I adore him because he stands for everything good. ❤ I think he does have a breathing problem. Maybe it's an asthma problem. He does do oxygen and inhalers.

P.S. You make such a profound point that Harry asks the audience to breathe along with him when he himself needs a breath. Amazing!

@@MyMindMood Awww he must be in so much pain :( does this affect his airway? Does it mean his lungs don’t work properly? It’s so scary when he gasps for air it scares me. His oxygen levels must be very low :(
Hello… thank you for your video! As someone that has suffered from asthma her entire life, I worry for him so much and I can tell when he's just exhausted. But I also understand his way of thinking and trying to push himself, and not letting this condition to dictate his life … because I've also done it.
I also think his family and team should be there to tell him not to push himself that much, and I have the feeling that sometimes they purposely forget to mention this to him ☹️
Yes, I imagine it’s a fine balance between pushing through and not letting anything stop you versus stepping back and realizing your limits. While I know he wants to put on a good show, it’s also hard to see him hitting that level of exhaustion.
So what do you mean about his team/family “purposely” forgetting to mention it?

Admirable the effort he makes to stay on stage and the triggers he can present. There are other videos in which you can see the lack of air at concerts in Europe. The symptoms will always be present even if he tries to hide them (as the years go by they will become more noticeable).
I always hope he knows his limits and takes care of himself.
asthmatic bronchitis. Especially difficult for him at higher elevations. I admire his dedication even when he's having difficulty breathing. What I don't understand is why he didn't go to the doctor and get an inhaler. I think he finally did years later but should not have waited. ❤

It does have to be so hard to travel all over with Asthma. The weather is such a factor and it varies everywhere. Humidity is the worst. I have it and dont travel, just adjust to my own state. Harry doesnt let anything stop him, he's such a trooper!❤

He is actually in a few of his concerts running to a rescue inhaler(which opens the air passages.) If you google this it will verify it.

I always wonder if he tried taking Singular. It is a pill for asthma and also helps with allergies. They use it for sports asthma too. Taking it an hour before playing. It works great for me. But who knows how he treats it....
No clue what he takes or does. But he seems so much better than his younger days at least.
Just wish he wouldn’t push himself, as asthmatic he has COPD so he is straining his heart! Not something he should be doing his pulmonary work on his body is hard please Harry take care! You shouldn’t strain like that! xx

@@emilyysutton COPD Is Chronic Obsructive Pulmonary Disease. It is the name that is an umbrella for any respiratory illness, as the heart is part of it. The lack of oxygen and straining makes the heart have to work harder to pump blood and oxygen to body as lungs are not supply enough oxygen when you can’t breathe. Very hard to exhale.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, an incurable disease. As it progresses it feels like always short of breath to like suffocating.

Hey, ive been really into Stephen Sanchez recently but i've also noticed that he has been sick quite often. he also had to have surgery on his throat because he had a vocal polyp (idk how to spell it) but it would be interesting to have a video about him. also the content isn't difficult to find. one of the times he was visbily ill was in boston on dec 1st.

Hello I would also like to say that a lot of vocal coaches have reacted to Harry and two of them said that Harry is not singing properly leading to voice strain. Also I believe that all of the 1D singers are baratones except for Zayn and I did some research and it is harmful to males to constantly sing in a falsetto males may loose that ability.
Interesting. I’m sure it takes a lot of work to make sure a professional singer like that actually does things properly to not hurt their vocal cords.
