We have finally got the Y62 ready, packed and we start to head north, CAPE YORK Bound!!
In this episode we take not one... but TWO Y62 Patrols AND a Patriot Trailer through the Old Telegraph Track!

Just did the ott a week ago it was awesome much wetter and didn’t need to get winch once in the 79
Yeah nice! I saw a video of palm creek exit the other day and it looked so different to when we were there 2 months ago. Amazing how much it changes with all the cars chopping it out. We were also careful as we had to get home
Amazing guys, a great share, how did you go fuelling up prior to hitting the tracks?
Thanks! Bramwell roadhouse has fuel so we filled up there and took a 20l jerry which we never used. We came out halfway and came back to roadhouse to meet friends and filled up again before doing the northern end.
@@reellittleadventurers Great to know, I'm taking my S5 Y62 mid-next year. Any performance changes using 91?
@@Swooned1 you’ll love it and the Y62 is soo comfy to travel in. We noticed an increase in fuel consumption and drop in power with 91 but only minimally. No other issues like you hear others have.. eg the knocking. I think we were at 37L/100km on the OTT 🤣
