I love this tune and The playing Is suberb but...The drums rhythm Is not The most appropiate for this músic... I missed a most fluid bossa nova style, giving an stylish atmosfear ,its just muy opinion...
Colin Stranahan is one of the best jazz drummers in New York City and by extension the world. Everything he plays is top rate, highly detailed, and rich with dynamics/articulation. Jonathan and Colin have been playing together for many years and I, for one, love the sound they've synthesized together.
The more I hear Jonathan, the more I enjoy him. Really great, and I'd love to catch him live.
