Thank you for video. A question now. How do you ensure your motor runs the same direction in delta as it did in star,assuming you have no motor winding wire markings. I know how to separate each individual winding using a multi-meter but this doesn't guarantee the same direction of rotation when changeover from Star to delta happens

Is a star-delta necessary if you have an VFD? I mean the VFD would limit the starting in-rush current and you wouldn't need a star-delta right? Also is there a tutorial with a PLC connected to a VFD?
