I probably am mistaken, but I'm pretty sure the withered suit you see in the scopper ending (the one with the lion head) is actually an improvised Gregory costume The Mimic created using parts of the other suits. The head has hair similar to Gregory's, the jacket looks like his blue shirt and the left wrist has something red that could be an imitation of the faz-watch.
Lion mascot made for an old sports team that was repurposed, mostly. But yes it used parts of several old suits in an attempt to look like a makeshift Gregory costume.

Same thing comes up when mouth mechanisms are the topic. Henry's designs have those metal bar-things that go up and down, while afton's have a more 'normal' one Edit: its basically comic/cartoon design vs more realistic design Afton chose the more realistic one Mimic supposedly comes from henry/edwin (book version of henry). And probably henry had some failed designs in storage aswell once he moved onto animatronics. Since these things are only suits, not animatronic suits, and mimic visibly forced his way into the suit, ripping a lot of the foamy/wooly parts out
y'know its kinda funny how these designs more closely resemble real animatronics and mascot costumes from the 80s/90s than any other fnaf designs (even modern day chuck e cheese animatronics look nothing like any fnaf animatronics), which is why i like these designs so much (and also why they feel so out of place in these games without a total re-hash of all the other designs to me)

The final model shown seems to be a mix of the 3 previous mascots. It has one of the duck's feet, one of the elephant's feet (the shoe), one elephant ear for its right ear, most of the Lion's head, its left sleeve with red pearls is from the duck, and its left hand is from the Lion.
I didnt expect for people to be so clueless tbh, if it werent for the fact that the book isnt available to everyone. Those costumes are most probably brought by the employee that found the mimic endo, where it was stored in former edwin resident (abandoned factory).

here’s my theory: so, it looks like the suits are stuffed (see the mimic using the lion suit). one theory is that it’s some more mascots for ffd, but that would be quite the retcon. i’m thinking they’re suits made for the mimic (back when it wasn’t evil) to be used, and then switched out for birthday parties. this would make it easier for maintenance, since you only have one animatronic rather than 4-5. also, they’re easier to make than the animatronic shells, and have an alot more connected shell, without any endoskeleton sticking out. it would also make them a lot more expressive, and able to move around easier. complete with the mimic being able to change its voice for different people, i think it’s plausible that it can switch personalities and voices for different characters. TL;DR: the glitchtrap-like suits are made for the mimic to wear, making it easier for maintenance, and renting.

These are all extremely creepy. Pretty interesting lined up of animals Lion, elephant,and a duck. I’m not sure why they’re down below the Fnaf 6 location or how old are they? I’m also not sure why mimic will sometimes come out with a bad ass lion costume hope it’s explain later.

The existence of these suits is quite strange an interesting from a lore perspective. I know steelwool had said in an interview that they would like to do a Fredbear's family diner game and i could definitely see these costumes fitting in with that sorta time period (all be it admittedly they are quite unlike anything we have had described to us thus far regarding Fredbear's family diner) There is also in fnaf 3 talks of replacements suits that were found on short notice after the springlock failure incidents. So maybe these are those suits ? Or these suits are related to something else entirely that we dont know of yet. Idk i just think they are cool

The Elephant could be the Bonnie character, and maybe down the line Henry made Orville Elephant based off of this elephant. And of course the lion is a predator, the Freddy stand-in.

So here’s my thoughts. They said that the Mimic has been down there for a long long time. William’s very first restaurant had suits, not animatronics. Maybe those suits were the prototypes before he decided to go with the Fredbear and Bonnie suits when he first started, and they were just left there. The mimic could have copied William’s behavior and wore them because he saw William wear one. The mimic might have made the suits himself even.
William is never shown to have owned a restaurant with these sorts of suits. Edwin, on the other hand, who is confirmed to be canon, did create these specific designs. This directly includes the three Mimic stitches together in Ruin.
Isn't the lion the costume Mimic from the scoop ending? Also the others are seen at the end in the room with the Mimic, but you need to really crank up the lighting to see them

These are probably the scariest fnaf mascot of ainimatronic I've seen since 2018 the nightmares in vr they are originally from fnaf 4 in 2015 so no they might even look more scarier then the nightmares
So here’s my thoughts. They said that the Mimic has been down there for a long long time. William’s very first restaurant had suits, not animatronics. Maybe those suits were the prototypes before he decided to go with the Fredbear and Bonnie suits when he first started, and they were just left there. The mimic could have copied William’s behavior and wore them because he saw William wear one. The mimic might have made the suits himself even.
William is never shown to have owned a restaurant with these sorts of suits. Edwin, on the other hand, who is confirmed to be canon, did create these specific designs. This directly includes the three Mimic stitches together in Ruin.

Isn't the lion the costume Mimic from the scoop ending? Also the others are seen at the end in the room with the Mimic, but you need to really crank up the lighting to see them

Glitchtrap was downloaded into William's old body/springlock suit. Hence its ability to hack into the animatronics like Glam Fred in the end battle of Security Breach. Same tech in the vr MXES Entity bunny avatar. Entity and Mimic are both separate beings.

I agree with the people who says these costumes are from the restaurants before Fredbear Family Dinner. And i think they are in the old restaurant from FNAF6 because Henry bought them. Why? Possible Nostalgy and because he wanted to burn all the past like he says in the tragic ending.
