This was a fun run. A close friend showed me this game recently, and I was helping her learn and route any%, but I only bought the game a couple days ago. After watching her play the game so much, I personally felt like 100% was the more interesting category here. This was only my second time playing through the game, so I didn't have a great mental map of all the areas, and there were a few dialogs where I wasn't sure how far they needed to go to "count" for the game, so there's still a bunch of timesave throughout. I'm sure sub 50 is very doable, and I don't have an estimate for a lower bound on the run.
I just wanted to get this one run of this done. I don't plan to run this again, but this was very fun.
Also I showed off a neat little out of bounds at the end of the run c:
Hey, I'm the dev of this game.
This video popped up in my recommended today and it was super fun to watch! I'm especially impressed with the different AI manipulations you pulled off - the Nurse Anne one in particular was a huge surprise to me, although it really shouldn't be cuz her AI tree is a huge mess and this was bound to happen honestly.
Oh also, I think the IGT on the stats screen is pretty broken. It's most likely not correct so it's good that you used your own timer.
Anyway, I'm just glad you enjoyed the game and decided to speedrun it, so, thank you!
Thank you for making it! My friend, Eliza (who I talked to in my chat a number of times during this run), was the only reason I knew about this game at all, and was 100% of the reason I was interested in running this. She's shown me a lot of indie horror games over the last couple years, but this one was easily one of the best! Top 3 for sure!
The Nurse Anne manipulation was hilarious when we realized it was happening. If you wake her up and go back to the electro shock room, she just keeps going into the hall and shocking herself. It's very funny.
There were a few other AI manipulations we were playing around with, but we weren't able to skip anything beyond what I did in this run. Our dream was to find a way to skip the red gate, to make the any% run *very* short, but you seemed to put this game together well enough to prevent that from happening. 😅
We even felt like we maybe had a couple leads! But they turned out to be ultimately unhelpful. We found that if you stand flush against the gate, you are close enough to the exit door to activate it. The only issue is that the gate blocks your clicks. So *if* we could find a hole in the collision between the gate and the fences on the side of it, we'd be able to skip most of the game. But it looks like no such hole exists.
We also found a way to get the trash collector to sink into the floor in the courtyard, and we hoped that you could get him to sink far enough that the player could walk on top of him, and gain height you didn't intend for. But we couldn't get anything out of that either. So good job! You made the game solid enough in the ways that matter the most!
This was a genuinely fun and disturbing game. I don't normally speedrun horror games, but playing around in this game showed me just how much fun that can be! Thank you again for making this!
why did you make that stupid little bell thing.. why would anyone go click dat… i spent like a zillion years going thru everysingle map looking for somethin to progress ma shi and i jus know realized i gotta do dat bo shi fuh u!
Saids its too loud and he’s the one being loud
Fun watch, nice job
great video, i liked the commentary!
Thank you! I was really happy with how this commentary came out
good content bro
i missed a lot of stuff huh :(
I just wanted to see what Jolly (a streamer) missed. Because when he played the game there were Numbers at certain endings from 1 to 5.
Didn't expected this game to be more than that, so I decided to watch your speedrun to see how long this game goes.
I didn't see those numbered endings here, so is there an other version of that game?
Btw I usually don't like commentary, but yours was good, because it shows how you liked that game and does helped me understand what is happening in the actual scene.
So thank you very much, I may buy the game too.
Are you referring to the "Items of Knowledge" that you collect as you fail areas in different ways? It's been a while since I've played this game, so if you're talking about something else, then I'm not sure what it is.

There were no items, when you got caught for example the text appeared and than a number showed with a gong.
Well, there is a video I found about it:
ua-cam.com/video/u9cqEOazj2o/v-deo.htmlsi=kjY_vQMn2VqPgnPD
This video titled: "all 5 ending". I thought that is the whole game.
@@uriftrg I think that's just a demo version. The final release doesn't have anything like that.
i did everything in the game besides ringing some teeny tiny fuckin bell dat makes no sense to do that… shi so stupid brah
I need to know, how do you comment and speedrun at the same time?
Like anything, it takes practice. If I have a run I really want to prepare a commentary for, like for a marathon, I'll probably go so far as to outline a script. For a run like this, a friend and I had been working out a lot about the game for a several weeks beforehand, so I had a lot of knowledge sitting in my head. And I knew I was only going to do one run of this, so I made sure to get as much of that knowledge out as I could. It also helps that for a run like this, I didn't care much about the final time, so I didn't have to focus too hard on the speedrun.
