There, we've discovered fairy-tale places full of secrets, tasted unforgettable dishes and met wonderful people devoted to Baltic cuisine and taking full advantage of the seaside climate.
🐟 "Baltic Kitchen" series, the tastes and stories of those who have tied their lives with the Baltic Sea. During this journey, together we will meet professional chefs and enthusiasts who will present their methods of preparing dishes with Baltic fish. You will see how foreign Baltic cuisine differs from Polish, what are its characteristics and similarities.
