    Dr Kevin's talk was most interesting. EL RIO was more like an advertisement. Plz discuss more case based discussions.

    I would say that moving basal to the morning actually may help. Basaglar actually has a peak of about 12 hours in some people. It's 18 to 24 hours duration not 24 hours.
