Out of all the Pixar franchises in the world, my number one favorite Pixar franchise is Cars! I love the first film, and the sequels Cars 2 and Cars 3! And the Cars Toons episodes are awesome as well! I think the reason I got into Cars was because my grandfather actually owns a Cobra and has been a racer at the Watkins Glen race track and has attended a few car shows! I think my grandfather is the one who got me into the Pixar Cars films because of his love for racing! The movies just remind me of my grandfather!
Wall.E was the first Disney movie which used today's Disney intro. Love it! Because at first represents the sky(Universe) and then comes back to the ground(Earth).
Comment 78: Out of all the Pixar films in existence, my number one favorite is Monsters, Inc. (2001). And rest in peace to the standard Walt Disney Pictures/Pixar Logo (1995-2007).
I can't believe that Disney took away the old Pixar in tune them from the films. I like the original the first Toy Story had. Now it's the same in tune for all the films now.
Seeing this Disney logo inspires me to imagine a distant future where Disney releases a remake of Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy (Atom -> Aston / Adam). It would be amazing if the Disney logo transformed into a futuristic, cosmic style like Metro City or Metropolis, and if the magical blue light was represented by Astro Boy (= the future Disney robot hero). Just imagine Astro Boy soaring through the sky and revealing the Disney castle - it would be breathtaking!
During the years of using the original design for the Disney castle intro, the only three Pixar movies to change the theme song were Monsters Inc., The Incredibles and Ratatouille on purpose just to make the theme music sound appropriate with the setting for the selected genre. I wonder how the others made before Wall-E could have done the same. Maybe some oceanic music for Finding Nemo and country music for Cars.
I like that Coco did this when showing the castle using Norteño Mariachi band music and then The Incredibles completely changed the visuals to give it a graphic comic book style. The beauty of creativity. How about some medieval Celtic music for Brave and sci-if music for Wall-E. Why not! Those are two of my favorites.
@@shirleyanderson7779 they way over use the new one too much. Besides originally the whole purpose of the original 1995 castle logo was to make it stand out compared to Disney's now it's basically the same
We also want Disney Logo with futuristic+space style, just like those from Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis or Metrocity where the human-emotion robot Astro(Atom) had/has lived.
The Incredibles and Ratatouille are the only ones that don't have the updated or changed intro. According Disney Plus, A Bug Life also has the older intro, but with the normal soundtrack.

The 1 and only thing toy story 4 did better than 3 was the disney intro. I'm normally not one for altering already perfect films but if they had the intro for 4 play at the start of 3 on disney+, I wouldn't complain. When watching 4 in cinemas in 2019 and I heard this music playing over the disney castle, I was immediately in the mood to watch some more toy story. Shame about the rest of the film...

The first Pixar film, yes. But the first Disney film to use the intro was “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” two years earlier in 2006!
So many memories of Disney and Pixar Logos

thank you i love these intro
Idk why but i love the blue castle way more then the new castle. And i love the song more. I wish it was longer then toy story trough ratatouille.
I wonder why they didn't bring it back for Toy Story 4 consider that was a sequel
The fanfare of the blue castle was way better and the new one looked girlish
They need more variety like what they did with Incredibles 2, that’s just me though.
