I was literally listening to one of your remixes a while ago and you upload this. I just wanted to say that they're all awesome and that more Gran Turismo ost's should be remixed in my opinion. This is e p i c t r a s h indeed.
This is how Japanese games pass on the great sounds tracks and turn them into nostalgic memories for people from different generations, Streetfighter, Kirby, and many more does this. It would be nice to see Gran Turismo really pick it back up and pass on those soundtracks.

Many people here say that this remixed version sounds like it belongs in GT7. I'd disagree. With the many moving parts and frenetic energy that this version has, I'd say that it'd belong much more in GT3. It'd be the kind of track that would be released in that game, only for GT4 to remove the many lead instruments and focus on creating a more relaxed energy to the song overall.
I saw this on Shirrako's video and was so confused why no one uploaded the official remix of this theme on youtube. Turns out it's fanmade. Legit thought this was official OST lol.
Amazing remixes that make me enjoy and appreciate GT's music even more than I already do. I must admit though, until listening to your remix, I somehow never caught that The Drift of Air from GT2 and GT4 were related... basically, I didn't catch that GT4 was riffing on the original GT2 track. But they mesh together so beautifully well with your remix. Are you able to enable YT Thanks? Would love to throw you a tip for these amazing tracks.
Thanks very much :) I never caught on either with GT2's version as it's much faster and more jazzier compared to GT4's more laid back style. As for YT Thanks, I've never used it before and I didn't expect to have anyone wanting to throw me some tips or anything for my remixes but I'll have a look at seeing if I can set that up.
