Hello sir. I have a doubt and I'm hoping you can assist me because this issue is blocking me from applying for the scholarship. I want to apply to Posco, but they said we have to separately apply to 3 universities as well, and they also ask for transcripts, so i have to send transcript to them as well as to the universities separately. The problem is that my university doesn't provide hard copies for transcripts; instead, they directly sent it to the concerned institution, and the one-time fee is 8K. What then shall I do? I need to spend 8k rupees to apply to a each university every time. Is there any other option? Additionally, I'm unsure of where to send the transcript to the university since I'll be the one completing the form and the university will be sending the transcript, so I won't be able to do both. Please do reply.
This is a difficult situation which even I can't help you with a solution for that. Unfortunately you will have to make sure you also send your other documents to the university while your school sends your transcripts to the different universities. The universities will add your documents together even if they get there separately. You need to to look for sending address in the different universities websites which is mostly found in their international offices home page. I hope I answered all your questions. Unfortunately there isn't any solution to the transcripts cost sending problem.
But there is one other problem which I think you should email the different universities to inform them. Normally universities want you to authenticate your transcripts and certificates. Is your school going to do that for you? And are they going to send but hard copies directly to the universities or soft copies?
Posco doesn't need hard copies but some universities want soft copies that have been authenticated or apostille where you will apply first online, if you pass the documents screening you will then send them hard copies. You might want to check university requirements because posco only gives you scholarship when you have your admission I hope you know that.
I have about 4 posco scholarship videos if you watch all you will understand everything. Explaining here will mean writing a book. You apply for posco scholarship separately and also apply to university separately for admission. If you get the scholarship, you will get your documents for visa and everything before you travel. You will not have to worry about visa process.
Also, there's an instruction that we need to apply to university ourselves. so that mean we need to secure Cert of enrollment first right? COA usually needs payment for admission so we should pay it first? am kinda confused.

@@daddyclif0302 no only soft copy through email but i don't think posco ask for Apostillation as all the process is online only.

You seek your admission and then obtain the enrolement document and then ask them to finance your studies.
