Looks like a Renault variant of the Nissan X-Trail to me. No third row seats though.
Hope they have improved the noted dire reliability of that Jatco CVT by now, which galvanised Renault's head man to publicly rebuke Jatco a few years ago..

You probably buy german cars because the man in the pub told you they are really reliable even though they are constantly at the bottom of any reliability rankings. French cars are middle of the road although Peugeot were the top last year. Honda and the Japaneseand Korean brands are consistently at the top.
