I’ve used syringes for years but recently broke a syringe as the glitter from my inks blocked it. So if the needle is fine, don’t syringe the ink to refill. But I do syringe.
Sorry to hear that, but I could see it happening. Luckily they are inexpensive. From the two-pack I purchased from Goulet pens several years ago, I am still using the same syringe, so I do have a backup if anything happens. Thanks for sharing your experience so others may be aware.
That’s right for me too. I used my syringe that broke for over ten years, the pack has more than a dozen; so not a big deal but I lost that faithful friend 😂.
I haven’t inked my Kaweco for a while! But when I do, I eye dropper it 😊
