Learning:
1.Twinkling of star is just changing the brightness of star continously.
Star appears very small in size because they are very far away from us.
2.Our environment is changing its density continuously due to various reasons like temperature,density of dust, density of gases, air.
3.Due to this reason sometimes more light rays of star come from us and sometimes less light rays. Therefore, they appear to be twinkle.
4.planets don't appear to be twinkle bcoz they look quite big with respect to stars.
5.when some parts of it dims the other part brightens.
6.due to this reason overall their brightness doesn't change.

As an Indian in the 80's I grew up in the middle East in 'the Indian School'. I think the worst teachers from India got exiled to the Gulf. Because I never learnt anything in science and flunked badly. What sweet irony that now we Indians are the best at explaining things in the world. I feel really sad that we had no access to the internet back then, and instructors like this who are so passionate and genuine. Who knows I might have become something very different in life 😊

Actually his first explanation about stars is incorrect. Stars twinkle because their apparent position changes due to atmospheric conditions not because of the change in numbers of ray reaching our eyes , in fact number of rays are constant. So I hope you will clear it!!!!!😊
Twinkling of star is due to atmospheric refraction, starlight gets retracted continuously changing its direction as it enters from vaccum to earth's atmosphere and tHus we see apparent position of star but this apparent position fluctuates since earth's atmosphere is dynamic in nature and causes change in brightness of star which is twinkling.
Planets can be seen as multiple point source of light sice they are close to earth than stars so the light of few points dim the other points are bright nullify the overall twinkling effect and thus plants don't twinkle.

instead of saying astronomers, the narrator says astronauts.
The english version of the video gets it right so I believe it's a slip of the tongue.
If you could create an annotation starting at @5:53 mark with the correction, it would not confuse viewers.
You can't be that dumb to not understand what he meant by astronauts.

When the light comes from stars then it enters into earth's atmosphere and it bends (refraction) due to high density.Also in earth's atmosphere have different densities in different places ,the light continuously bends or changes its position.This is called twinkling of stars
