    Hey! I have a query. If one light from each water droplet will reach us that means it depends on our position? So a person standing somewhere else will see a rainbow at some other place in the sky??Not very much distant but not exactly at the same place. Does it happen??

  • @2freaky_bob
    @2freaky_bob 2 роки тому +3

    Rainbows are actually much larger than we can see because Infrared light and Ultraviolet light are also refracted. If you could see in these colors, the 2 outer bands will be huge (or there will be 2 NEW bands with totally different colors)

Waterdrops are merely a surface for the rainbows to reflect upon no different than a lake or puddle allows us to see our reflection upon it. Only a large dome shaped prism can reflect a large dome shaped rainbow. We live in an enclosed ecosystem.
