What a pity. Such a beautiful place
Way to go, ChIraq-keep making it hard to do business in the city…the tradition of greed and incompetence continues 🙄🙄🙄
no one actually calls it chiraq
@@poochettino People from Chiraq do
May be Brandon Johnson will open up a city-owned restaurant too (just like the grocery store).
It’s those rich people, the Mayor wants all your money for himself.
Crime, crime, crime. Sorry Chicago, you voted for this.
Just the beginning..
A drug cartel members will rent this spot. They want all of Americas best.
I think this would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks for the contributions of the black community in our society. Their peaceful and generous nature makes them ideal neighbors, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other culture. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all those who hope to achieve prominence as a people. Real estate values are fueled by the mix of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nature of these communities, an example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self-improvement by hard work and self-reliant can- do nature. Without their industrious and creative drive we would most undoubtedly be poorer as a nation.
Not to mention all the money that BLM has donated to help impoverished black communities in the spirit of helping elevate their culture and people to a higher level.
detroit is basically wakanda
I saw the day that the "teenagers" (we all know which ones) violently took over Michigan Ave. about a month after I walked down it with my family.
Sorry, but my in-laws are going to have to visit the kids from now on and not the other way around.
The upper end of Illinois is brain-dead.
You don't exactly look like someone who lives in the Gold Coast, so this is rich coming from you.
I guss they make rooms for the migrants. cheaper than the 5 star hotels
Brandon Johnson wants the space for migrates
I think your right 😂😂😂😂😂
Put a Dollar General in its place.
LMAO! Leftists learning a painful lesson.
Dope restaurant mad they closing wtf
Recession is coming
Its here !
High inflation, cost of doing business, Insurance, rent is killing a lot of these restaurants. Thats what former owners said. Also noticed diesel prices heading up.
B.S. The inevitable result of leftist Democrat policies.
I’m so glad I had the opportunity to dine there last month!
great migrant space
Hahahaha
More restaurants and businesses to close..The new tip law?..just keep making it harder to run a business on Chicago.
That’s how they overtake the democracy through regulation after regulation … RIP 🪦
Wow, one of my favorite restaurants it is so sad that the demoncrats with so ardent fervor for war's and medical fraud 😢!
Oh, great. Now, the city can use it to house migrants.
Why are they closing?
He said cause the color of your avatar 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Noooooo
You can still ride the high speed elevator! Weeee
Would be a good place to house migrants! CHICAGO freeing up space!
More room for immigrate housing.
It will be a new illegal migrant shelter, Brandon wanted it for them he says they would love the scenic view.
Never been .. what did I miss 😳😒😏
Ikr 😑
The Government will open a great restaurant their &&&&& it will be in business for about 2 months & lose millions of $$$$ . Politics Chicago Style ,,, exactly what the City voted for .
Too bad. It is a time to hold on just a little longer, especially in the food industry. As things ramp up again, the accountants will be spreading the news that most Entertainment Federal Tax Deductions for Businesses were voted out in Trump's early years. The delayed enactment was about the time of Covid so not many Executives noticed. The good news is that food deductions survived the cut. Feeding the Clients is "The Thing". 🤑
Never heard of it, but nearly all skyscraper restaurants in America, have closed. They got great views but are kitchy, outdated decor, stuffy places with overpriced subpar food. Not to mention the costs of restaurants doing business on high levels with water, sewer, garbage, deliveries, the logistics and time and effort that all take makes it really cost inefficient to do a restaurant at the top of a building, which is why most closed.
Wrong . The ones to the public may have closed . But there are more and more that have been built for members only skyscrapers/ bunkers for the rich and famous . The keep it quiet from the public.
y'all gotta make everything political lol
Over priced and mediocre food. What do you expect?
I wish these passe (went way past its lifecycle) restaurants would find a more logical canned response to their closing besides the usual suspects..
last time it was an "it spot" was early 00s.. fulton market is the place of the moment obviously
I think it was more the view that's iconic.
Good riddance. The space should be used for migrants.
Over priced, that's all
That's a great place for the migrants.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
