Fear is an expression of the need for protection and security. But what happens when people's fear is played with? Permanent fear creates permanent stress, powerlessness and helplessness. Old fears of death, existence, loss and violence from our earliest childhood come to the surface with full force. Our body reacts with new and old symptoms. We can no longer differentiate whether the threat comes from outside or inside. We then wage war against a virus without realising that we are waging war against ourselves. And thus we find ourselves in a disastrous spiral of perpetrator-victim dynamics.
Professor Dr Franz Ruppert, professor of psychology at the Catholic Foundation College and psychological psychotherapist in Munich, reveals the psychology behind corona fear - and what way out each and every one of us has.

Ich habe ihn vor Jahren live erlebt und seine Arbeit sehr geschätzt und zum Vorbild genommen.
Jetzt bin ich nur erstaunt: Wovon redet er da? "Dem Virus den Krieg erklärt"? Und "wer will das wohl wieder politisch ausnutzen"?
Schade. War ein wirklich solider Wissenschafter.
