Ich muss sagen, mir fehlt inzwischen doch das Überblickhafte und Systematische.
Seit meinen IopTs habe ich leichte Wortfindungsstörungen (durchaus stimmig 😁) und habe vom Kontakt mit meinem herkömmlichen Therapeuten doch als Regulativ profitiert.
Hier fällt mir das inzwischen sehr auf, dass viel emotionales geboten wird, aber es wirkt oft verzettelt und schlaglichtartig.
Getriggert hat es das Thema Blutbild. Da wäre es nun wirklich hilfreih, mal mögliche Zusammenhänge aufzudecken und auch die Domäne der Schulmedizin abzustecken.
Es ist ja klar, dass ein Knochenbruch psychische Ursachen hat oder haben kann, aber nicht allein durch Psychotherapie heilbar ist.
Es wirkt sehr wie ein Hausfrauenplausch - gemeint als konstruktive Kritik.
Generell verstehe ich nicht, wieso man nicht wissenschaftlich an die IopT rangeht. Offensichtlich wirkt sie. Würde man das belegen, würden sie die Kassen bezahlen. Warum macht Hr Ruppert das nicht?!?
Das ist mir zu hoch. (schwammig fehlte mir noch als Wort)
