Sometimes the problem is that the attorney doesn’t explain what, why and how of the case. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could be at the initial meeting with the potential client and hear exactly in their words what happen and what they would like to see as the end result of the litigation? Instead of just acquiring all these docs or sometimes none from the attorney and being told to open the case and start working it? Probably would save some time and billable hours of having to interview the client again and charging them b/c the attorney didn’t ask all the questions either
