Don’t let others talk you into something you know you don’t want. It is up to you and John if you want kids or not. From what you said, it sounds like you’ve made a decision based on great self-awareness. Good for you!

You are such a big kid at heart. Totally get you and Jon not wanting them. Just focus on being a amazing brother and uncle.
Have a friend who flew for over 20 years, decided to become a RN, accomplished that, worked part time at both or took leaves when they were offered, while he went on to get his Masters in Nursing, then a Doctorate in Clinical Practice. Decided to retire from the airline, and now works as a Nurse Practitioner full time and teaches in the masters program at a local university. I was unsuccessful in getting him to keep flying the minimum number of hours because how could anyone give up flying for nursing. He was with the same airline you work for based at LAX.
I think it’s amazing that you know what you want and are happy with your lives. Everyone’s journey is different just do what makes you guys happy!!
You do not have to explain why you don’t want to be a parent. People who push the issue on you are just plain rude!!!
Actually, Hunter said in a video a few years ago that he wanted to adopt kids. But, the process costs a lot.
My comment was in reference to his statement on this vlog post. People change with maturity. If he feels differently now that’s just fine ❤️

If your looking at Ozempic for weight loss, insurance may not pay for it. It is $$$$$. I take LMS which is a compound of semiglutide and B12--basically same thing--in a once a week shot (not autoinject). It is an RX and your Dr can prescribe it. My acid reflux can go overboard some weeks but that is the only side effect so far and I have been on it 4 months. Lbs coming down slowly but the inches are really where I notice it. So far so good.

I told my kids when they were grown to find something that would make you happy every day and find a job doing that. My son worked on a cruise ship/entertainment to get something started on a resume and a year was more than enough.

I never had kids and do NOT regret it. I love my nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, and love gifting them and adoring them, but I do NOT want one of my own.

If you don’t want kids that is you and whoever you’re with decision. Hunter I think it’s being responsible acknowledging you don’t want kids for selfish reasons. I used to work in childcare and the amount of people who have kids and just see them as an inconvenience is astounding.

I feel like everywhere you go there’s jump seat confessional. My old old job, I had a coworker that won’t shut about her marriageable problems and every aches and pains she said but she has no problem coming at me about not having kids. Like what you said “Called me selfish. At least, I can take off to Vegas or anywhere, I don’t have to lug additional more person and things!”

Having a kid and thinking your life will be the same without regard to the kids you have IS selfish.
A friend of mine said people who do not want kids are selfish and I couldn't for the life of me think of how the heck is not wanting kids selfish. Makes no sense to me. I have sisters that have kids I call them when I am on vacation having a childless good time and they always (jokingly) say, sigh that's what you get to do when you don't have kids. Must be nice. Yep, it's wonderful.
Please don't apologize for not wanting to have kids because people with kids want you to join their funless kid raising existence. 😂

Do not have kids if you do not want them! You will be resentful and it is not fair to any child you have.
The world is overpopulated--our species is not close to extinction, no need to have a child unless you deeply desire to be a parent...I always wanted to be a Dad and it has been a herculean task at times and I am super grateful to be a Dad; that said, there is a desperate need for children to have mentors who are not their parents...if you want to be a part-time parent AND there is nothing wrong (or less than) finding your life elsewhere.
Having or not having children is ya'lls choice. No other human has a say in that decision. Start responding to pushy people with rudeness, and they will finally shut up.

I’m surprised you didn’t say you wanted to meet Taylor Swift. I completely agree with your feelings about having kids. I’m also kind of surprised how much shopping you do in retail with your busy life I would think you would be ordering everything. Just observations. Love your videos, and have for a long time. Please do not use medication to lose weight. Ozempic and the like have so many downsides and risks. Increase your activity level and adjust your diet, instead.

I am very selfish and knew early on that human kids were not for me. I was married to a sociopath for a few years, but that wasn't a factor. I do better with dogs.
