because of all of the dirty police department here and they don't care about anyone because they are involved in this as much as Don and Candice and all of the rest of them because this is has been going on here for years and Year's and they don't care about anyone that's the reason why I don't trust anyone of the police office here because they are dirty very dirty and they cover up a lot of stuff here and I don't like anyone of them

🦋 I don’t trust law enforcement here. One reason when I was 13 or 14 I was babysitting 3 boys who lived a few blocks away. I reported child abuse to a local police officer after seeing belt marks on the back of the 2 year old boy, and I didn’t realize the officer was actually best friends with the kids Dad 😢…

LE in TN are half corrupt and half don't care. It's disgusting. There's a special place where there's a lot of fire and heat for people like TN LE and for the crriminals they let walk free.
Thanks so much for speaking on this. TN has the highest right now in numbers out of all the other states for unsolved missing cases within the last 5 years alone. Something is seriously wrong here and TBI needs to be looked into asap.

Pay always draws people. And those who have the "right stuff" deserve every dime!
But, there are other "draws". And it always depends on the motivations & ambitions of the individual hired.
Currently retired... my career was entirely in community services. First, with disabled children and then CPS... & finally retrained for Hospital Chaplaincy.
In every environment, I worked with others whose work ethic was active.... But their focus was entirely self-concerned.
I thought then...& I still do, that there has to be formal hiring practices & procedures for community service positions.
A structured format for agency directors/supervisors to follow. Like, interview questioning & skill observation... that reveals the character & motivations of the candidate applying for the job.
When a job position means, that life-altering decisions & judgements will be made for individuals/families.... more is needed than a 30 minute interview (to see if they "like" you).

We shouldn't have gag orders & closed courts in America. CPS isn't known for being good. We need transparency, not shut doors & silence. This isn't not see Germany. The public pays for salaries & benefits & the public is owed updates. CPS needs to be rebuilt just like many other entities.

Most departments prefer a bachelors degree, but not required. The pay and benefits suck for what they have to do. There are bad cops out there, but I think most are on the right side of the law. Last I heard, nobody wants to be in LE anymore.

I've noticed personally that ever since the covid 2019 even the Dr's and schools and so on in line, have changed for the worst and then they will will tell us it's not them but someone much higher up than them are actually telling them what they can and can't do IT'S ALL ABOUT CONTROL!! And CONTROLLING. All of our Healthcare professionals and Hospitals Here where I live seemed to have Changed for the Worst since Covid just using covid as an excuse for a COVER. I remember the Dr's throwing themselves out of windows for whatever they were told and Who told them, It Had To Be Something Like Out Of This World For Those People To Do That. It's All About CONTROL. It's More Than Sad.😢

If these parents were involved in the disappearance of their children, it may take years for those answers. Look at the tragic story of Harmony Montgomery. Heartbreaking!
And the police should give their respective jurisdiction a heads up, at least the knowledge, that these are active cases. That they are checking out all leads. They may be keeping quiet because they are open investigations. And if they have found evidence, it may be something only the perpetrator(s) would know. I would hate for the outcome to be these children are deceased. I hope that is not the case.
Also, these parents need to be completely transparent, and be involved in continuing to search, post flyers, and participate. Which in the case of Sebastian Rogers, I haven't seen them making pleas on social media or network TV. If these kids were mine, I would be pleading with the public for help. I would go on every show, and keep the pictures plastered everywhere. I know the bio dad has tried, but they all need to more. Thank you to Don B., and others for keeping these cases in our purview.

Hey Don how you doing, the level of unprofessional behavior, sloppiness driving official vehicles not respecting the rules of the road and not signaling turns etc. All these things, IMO are evidence of people chasing benefits and paychecks. From the top all the way down.
What infuriates me about the Wells case the most if why the hell hasn't the parent's been arrested for the bare minimum of child neglect? Their remaining children were permanently taken out of the home and looks like there is no consequences!! And Sebastian there's only 1 parent who's putting thereself out there asking for help, that in itself says alot IMO..

THEY BOTCHed the Summer Wells case - mother should have been arrested for abuse and neglect till she caved and told where her body is.
This brings me to the whole “teachers need to be paid more” situation. One of the reasons that teachers are paid a not so posh wage is due to the fact that if they paid teachers a lot of money you run into the risk of people becoming teachers just for the money and not for the children . Teachers need to be there out of a passion to teach not to become rich..I’m not saying good teachers don’t deserve better pay I’m just pointing out the reason

Apparently they haven't learned a thing from Holly's case. They need training in missing persons cases. If they had that training maybe someone would be behind bars in Summer's case and close to it in the 2 girls missing in Kingsport. Not sure about Sebastian, can't wrap my mind around whether he just walked away from home or if foul play was involved.

I think LE is not telling anything about either case because it is already out of hand with drama. Waiting on evidence to seal the case with no doubts
