I was very lucky enough to meet venerable Ajan Bram...personally ...in 2014... in his monastery in Serpentine 🙏

Very true! My son kept asking questions about meaning of life and wanted to renounce the world and become a monk at the age of 15!

To the AV team: please don't mute the final respects to Buddha/Dhamma/Sangha at the end of the talk. Without it, the talk doesn't really feel complete.

A lovely Dhamma talk with stories around compassion and kindness, even to those who annoy us. Perhaps we disturb them. Leaves me feeling peaceful today. Thank you, Ajahn Brahm. Sardu x3 💎 💎 💎

Due to waking memories in later adult life, of animating a small body while standing in a crib right before the ceiling came crashing down (of course seconds after everyone ran out to see what all of the commotion was about🤦) i may have been the only toddler to have died in Switzerland due to errant allied bombing raids in March of 1945.
Before that, a German officer and after that, a soldier who died in Cambodia that was of unique birth status.
Also, i doesn't care about status unless it's being used as a descriptor.

Even when i'm a girl, i'll still feel like a boy, just like in China before being decapitated for being a rebel.
Also, the pain from having my feet bound in that life during the 1880's carried through four lifetimes later into this one.
It felt like i had extra bones attempting to protrude through the soles of my feet throughout puberty.
Of course, pain, suffering, joy, and bliss are all forms of information or data.
And yes, souls exist, and they serve as fourth-dimensional lenses focusing the light of mind intradimensionally projecting through.
    57:34
    Fenbendazol?
    Turkey Tail and Reishi mushrooms?
Eliminating processed "food" from lifestyle diet and inflammatory agents like refined oils and grains and instead adopting a Paleolithic lifestyle diet with minimal to no meat intake?
Breathing as deep as one's lungs will allow them to breathe for the remainder of that body's life?
Refining one's self through seeking self-understanding?
Removing toxic characters from one's life?
Checking out research done by Sam Chachoua and Dr. Burzynski?

Question: you talk about cancer as a gift because you learn so much and can advance spiritually. What about people who don't have cancer and seem to have it All, famiky, security, wealth but are selfish wi th no empathy? So they don't advance spiritually but are happy in life. Aren't they luckier?

it is unlucky if you don't encounter something that makes you appreciate spiritual life, because then you'll never grow in the real sense despite having enough to live for this life only. youll never ever know or be able to solve the problem of what comes later, or to ensure you will always be safe and happy forever.

You’re right! They do seem luckier but you have to acknowledge karma in that context. I believe that it’s their good karma that they might have acquired in their previous lives that enabled them to have an easier life (in this life). They might have go through really difficult and unpleasant experiences in their previous lives that pushed them to be more spiritual. This is just my view of that.
