What is this "work" you speak of? I put a lot of effort into this conversion 20 years ago. Most EV conversions in the UK back then looked like travelling science projects and would barely keep up with traffic. The Scirocco was probably the first road legal EV in the UK that could exceed 100mph.

The rotating jig is very well balanced. Looking good.
I designed in some adjustment, but (without glass) it balances well as originally assembled.

What's the wire feed stop time like on that welder? Can it stitch without poking the wire through the weld?
