As someone who listened to the original song (Back In Time by Lyn) religiously because I was obsessed with the drama (The Moon that Embraces the Sun), Yuju really made this song her own. The original song is more delicate because of the nature of the drama and how heartwrenching the drama is (really shows the lengths people will go to for power, even to the point where children are used as pawns). However, Yuju added more power to it and made it her own. Probably because I watched the drama and loved it, I still prefer the original version more (psychologically the connection in my brain has been made between the song and the amazing drama). But for those who have never seen the show, this is definitely an amazing cover and her voice is showcased beautifully.
