cdagod1, Thanks for watching and yup it's pretty crazy prices here in Irvine. In the past 2 years it's been 20% increase in value year over year, oh just to give you a heads up the rental market is just as crazy too. If you have any questions or need help with buying in Irvine, let me know how I can help.
Great video …. But the music is so annoying. Also the music makes it very difficult to hear your voice!!! …. Lower the volume of the music!!! But overall a great informative video
Once I had uploaded the video I realized the audio was bad and I do apologize for that. I'll be redoing the video again. Thank you and I do appreciate your feed back.
Tlaloc Zapata commented: "Richard are you familiar with VA cert for home purchases? looking to move and buyba house there, moving from Colorado" Answer: Yes I am familiar and currently helping two clients purchase a home with their VA loans. When will you be moving to Irvine or what other city are you interested in?
Irvine definitely has walkable neighborhoods which they also have trails that connect most neighborhoods. When it comes to transit you have the bus but I like taking the metro link, though it only has one station. Is there a specific neighborhood that interest you? So I can give you more information on it.
Hi Life is Beautiful, First thank you for watching I definitely appreciate that. Well if you're looking for apartments with all the amenities, I would say check out the Irvine Company (www.irvinecompanyapartments.com/). But they are a little pricy, now if you're looking for something more affordable I would say check out condos for rent which tend to be a few hundred dollars cheaper in the Irvine area. Are you planning on relocating to Irvine?
It's crazy that Irvine is now cheaper than Miami! Thinking about moving to Irvine in a few months! Salute Richard ✊🏾

Aren't there any walkable neighborhoods? And what about public transit?

Hello ,
Would you be able to give an idea or advice which area is more density with apartments for opening a business (Law Firm)
Thank you 😊
In Irvine I would say the Irvine Spectrum and Irvine business complex by John Wayne airport has a lot of luxury apartments density wise.
Hi, I live in Texas and Irvine looks beautiful and peaceful…. What apartments are out there?
