Why was there no camera following the movement of the speaker during her speech? It was static and in place … toastmasters used to do this in previous years, why stop? Why does the thumbnail of both this video and the winning speeches not have a picture of the winner?! What is going on with the production quality?!

@@toastmastersmultiple camera angles, moving with the speaker, better backdrops for semis, no shadows pretty please. At that level any entrant choosing the stay online is fine but the audience should always come first don’t you think?

@@toastmasters Hey! Since you're taking feedback, I have some for you - Toastmasters needs to promote the art of speechmaking. For years now, sheer drama, silly theatrics - pure acting and artificiality - has won contests. Yes they have strong messages but they're being delivered by complete clowns. Martin Luther King, Abraham Lincoln and Roosevelt would be rolling in their graves knowing that these guys are "World Champions"! Lance Miller, Dhananjaya, Lohgandran Krishnasamy (even though he won 2nd place) and Mark Hunter are great examples of what speakers should be. Toastmasters! Please teach people to make great speeches, not act and be artificial!
