Susaye Greene (aka the last Supreme and also a part of Wonderlove at one time) co wrote this song with Stevie. Esperanza, Questo, and the rest of the band due it MUCH justice...this is why I LOVE jazz...you can really "play" with a song.
Actually Stevie Wonder wrote this song for Micheal Jackson! Awesome cover none the less.

I totally agree. She is endowed with extensive skill and talent, and can not only sustain the performance alone, but is underestimated by anyone who doesn't believe she can. Not to mention that vocal ability improves the ear. Not every player has both so she's a step ahead there too.
To those who say Questo's overdoing it...Esperanza's a big girl. She can handle the pocket enough by herself. She's got enough funk chops to keep a groove solid and reliable and more than enough jazz chops to let another rhythm section player stretch out.
