I think that Uryu for me is more interesting character that Ichigo. At least because of his personality and struggles. It is obvious about Ichigo, that the worst thing that can happen to him is that he may lose the battle, but will survive, and even when he lost his powers because of captain Kuchiki, he could return it with the help of Urahara in 3-4 series, when Uryu lost them for almost 2 seasons and I personally prefer Uryu over Ichigo because I can empathize him as a person.
I'll say it again and again. Uryu Ishida is already the best damn Quincy in the series and one of the best damn co-lead characters in the series. He's incredibly intelligent, athletic, kind, compassionate, empathetic, and generous. Sure, he can be a bit of a tsundere, and sure he's a bit of an introverted stick-in-the-mud with, but that's part of his charm. He knows his own strength/powers and he knows when and how much to hold back. Despite being a Quincy, he completely sees, acknowledges, and understands the vital role that Humans, Soul Reapers/Shinigami, and Hollows play in maintaining the balance of reality. Uryu doesn't view or think of himself as superior to all other life forms, nor does he have any illusions of grandeur. Like Ichigo Kurosaki, Uryu doesn't needless injure or kill anything. In fact, like Ichigo, he's more opt to assist and protect others. And despite Hollows being his "mortal enemy," Uryu has saved many Hollows and even worked together with and befriended a few (Neliel, Peche, Don Don Chaka, Grim Jow). All of this already makes Uryu 1,000% better than all the rest of the Quincy. Sure, his powers and abilities may not be as broken or as powerful as some of the other Quincey's, but his intellect and resourcefulness make up for it. He's one of the most well-rounded and balanced Quincy's.
The speed thing in Bleach is mostly about reiatsu and perception. Someone can dodge light and have issues with a mach 1000 bankai. Reiatsu can mess up one's speed and perception like the fact that Rukia couldn't even sense a hollow while in human Ichigo's presence in ep 1 or when Soi Fon thought her speed was being messed up by Baraggan's reiatsu.
@Kyoka Suigetsu Rukia didn't sense the hollow because of Ichigo. Rewatch that part of the 1st episode when she said Ichigo's power was screwing with her senses. Maybe she was slower than Baraggan, that's kinda iffy because of his ability but I was referring to when he slowed down her kicks, after she saw this twice, she began to assume it was his reiatsu then he explained his power to her.

Uryu : 1. Feat Mayuri in Soul Society arc with only one shot (with power up) 2. Stop Ichigo in Vasto Lorde form (Ichigo vs Ulquiorra) 3. Antithesis has potential to transcend even Almighty (as per Yhwach), but not a good counter strike against Haschwalth's Balance. Technically he is as powerful as others but he is just inexperience and not fully reach his full potential of his own power.
All he did was cut off Ichigo's horn he didn't defeat him. He came from behind him & cut the horn to stop the Cero that in no way implies he's anywhere close to powerful. We see him get the shit beat outta him against R2 Ulquiora he was a weakling most of the series until he gets his sterntitter powers. He's behind the top tear in every arc easily until TYBW
It is certainly unbelievable. But somehow is true based on scaling. If Uryu can take on True Shikai Ichigo and not be instantly vaporised by his power than he scales to that level. Not sure if it was the Schrift that brought him up to that power ir the interaction with Yhwach, but Uryu is now one of the most OP characters in Bleach.
@@Cabolt44 Any of the Captains could have faced Ichigo and not been vaporized. That isn't really a feat. Uryuu fought Ulquiorra and wasn't killed instantly in the Hueco Mundo arc but he didn't scale to him either. The only character you can really scale Urryu to is Hashwald, and he's below him or he wouldn't have needed The Antithesis or been completely overwhelmed by The Balance. Hashwald also couldn't seal Yama's bankai (because only Yhwach could control the power of it) so Hash scales under Yama. That put Urryuu in the same tier, which is why he didn't confront Yhwach himself. Urryu has always picked his battles carefully and he knew he wasn't anywhere near strong enough to challenge Yhwach, but Ichigo was.

That power overwhelmed someone who could vaporize souls (Aizen). As for Uryu vs Ulquiorra he was about where Ichigo was prior to the Hueco Mundo arc and subsequent buffs. So overwhelmed by Ulquiorra, but not going to be vaporized is definitely correct. Haschwalth with the Almighty is basically Yhwach and Uryu survived that, while Haschwalth with the Balance could counter his own power (similar ability, more experience). Also remember what Haschwalth said, 'if Uryu faced his majesty then he could counter Yhwach with the Antithesis.' This shows that Uryu could've faced Yhwach as well (which he kinda does with that Inuyasha bow shot).
@@Cabolt44 Yea, I'm just getting into these Videos. Aizen wasn't vaporizing captains he was vaporizing birds, and unseated officers when he was in the chair. Hashwald isn't as strong as Yhwach with the Almighty. Uryuu comments on how he hasn't mastered it and Hashwald says that his powers are better suited for combat than the Almighty although Ywhach uses them in combat to completely decimate everyone who tries to come for him. Countering the effects of the Almighty doesn't make Ishida able to actually kill Ywhach though. It just gives the shinigami the upperhand, so Hashwald was being a good soldier and eliminating a risk. Ishida is pretty strong though.
@@Blah2000Blah Agreed. Haschwalth was a fair bit weaker than Yhwach but as the loyal soldier he was, went with the best course of action, which was to kill off Uryu (didn't do it though). Uryu was one counter to Yhwach, Ichigo another and that Still Silver was a hard counter to Yhwach. All 3 had to be used to kill Yhwach (sort of you'll see in the Light Novels), cause he was too OP.
I get what you're saying about if he is able to take the hit and survive however let's not forget he has rensotenkai so if he activates that ability and take a beating at the level he's at now he can drasticallyincrease his durability to take more damage and be able to use his antithesis ability to reverse that damage.
If I'm not mistaken rensotenkai only allows a Quincy to continue moving. In this theoretical, the importance of antithesis is that uryu is conscience enough to activate the ability. Rensotenkai would be of little help since the moment antithesis flipped the damage uryu could move anyway.
Antithesis does not only reverse injuries...it can reverse events in that have already happen within any two poimts of his choosing...NOT JUST INJURIES!!
Btw, do you remember how jugram was about to finish uryu, when yhwach used the auswahlen on jugram. Well, I've always wondered why he didn't use the Antithesis then to reverse the damage from him to haschwalth. He was still conscious, and apparently able to move, since otherwise jugram wouldn't have had to finish him that fast.
8 months later but I believe it was Jugram's Balance power which meant his shield could consume any missfortune on him in this case the wounds and any fortune his opponent would get in this case Uryu healing and removing his injuries to be returned as missfortune to Uryu. Basically Ishida played uno reverse card and Haschwalth just did the same kind of. Overall Jugram is just the perfect counter to Ishida (funny enough he is a counter to almost anybody). This might have also been the reason Bazz B lost to Haschwallth, He may have used his power to shoot and attack Jugram who used his shield to consume the missfortune on him and turned it into missfortune on Bazz B.

Your assumption that Uryu is stronger Royd Lloyd means he's stronger than Yamamoto is weak. Yamamoto claps RL Ywach. The fight wasn't close and saying that Uryu was trying to take a lot of damage because he knew he couldn't beat Jugram, if he was as powerful as Jugram his schrift wouldve been a last resort not the main tactic. Uryu would never be able to take on Yamamoto especially Bankai Yamamoto. Also RL Ywach has all of Ywach techniques because he copies memory which means he should be able to perform amazing technical feats like we see him do with Blut Vene and even Quincy Kidou

In theory, yes, cause (SPOILER) Uryuu was basically living with only 1% of his power until the Sternritter arc. Uryuu, like all partial quincy's, should of died of lost all their partial powers, but he lived and retained it. We underestimated the quincy's because Mayuri and Urahara made it sound like a massacre, but in reality, war time quincy's were all like substitute soul reapers, their living soul and body amplifying their power like time skip Ichigo. If the final form of Ichigo's bankai is the time and space breaker, then it wouldn't surprise me of Uryuu's power was enough to resist space-time to some degree.

Uryu benefited from the anime TYBW, as now he also has blut added to his arsenal, and we know that uryu can do more than just reverse damage with the antithesis, such as being to swap the position of a thrown object and a person .

I think Yamamoto was sensed by lieutenants, if he really were above Uryu, that shouldn't be possible for anyone weaker than post RG base Rukia. People should note however that Yamamoto was explaining alot of his abilities to Royd, meaning they're new to Yhwach, meaning Yhwach got murked hard in like a few seconds after going bankai 1000 yrs back. Royd was probably at the level of that Yhwach. Yama should be above Shunsui who's above the gotei, meaning he still claps elites but that should be about it. I may be wrong but, meh, it just came to me
One flaw I find is for antithesis to work he has to survive.How in the hell is he even gonna even approach Yamamoto. His arrows will be vaporised and he will be vaporised from a single hit.He wouldnt even have the time to cast anti thesis. Remember Ywach won vs a weakened Yama that didnt have a arm plus a missing bankai, which was absolute bs.Even tite kubo had trouble killing of yama thats why he always brings an ass pull like wonderweiss or bankai stealing medalion to take Yama out of the equation. Bankai yama high diffs like every captain we ever knew of except CFYOW captains and Aizen, yeah. People tend to think scaling to yama's shikai is incredible, while it is "just" achievable by kyoraku, ukitake and later on pre-butterfly aizen. But his physical strength is above anything but dangai ichigo, and his bankai is pretty much a oneshot machine with instant hit capabilities. Not even Rukia's bankai could compare due to the vast spiritual pressure gap between them.
If you’re trying to scale Uryu’s regular stats to Yamamoto then that’s flat out wrong, he may beat him through the use to his Antithesis but that’s about it. Simply being an Elite Guard doesn’t warrant automatic scaling to Yamamoto, especially since Yhwach flat out says nobody was capable of absorbing his bankai (Haschwalth was right there when he said that).
The appearance is a pretty good reason to go all out...plus yama was PISSED he went there to kill every Quincy. And yama wasn't "exhausted" he just turned off his bankai and then afterward immediately had it stolen...this video is just...wrong

I'm debating some points on your vids because I like them and there aren't enough Bleach vids on UA-cam. Plus I'm seeing them long after you posted. Your scaling of the Sternritter in the series is inaccurate. The fact that Ywhach says that only he can control the power of Yama's bankai and he seals it instead of risking facing it with his own power scales Yama above all Quincy (minus Yhwach). Your point about Rroyd is a non factor, because his appearance* (and maybe reiatsu) is the same as Yhwach and Yamma knows how powerful Yhwach is because he already faced him before. He went all out hoping to destroy him quickly without taking any chances because Yhwach and Yama are at comparable power levels.
There are several things to consider for this. First off, the scaling is inconsistent because Yamamoto's bankai couldn't be handled by anyone other than Yhwach which puts him above all the sternritters and Yhwach (Rroyd) told Jugram not to get hit by it which Implies that Yamamoto was on the level to damage the strongest Quincy (lore wise) apart from Yhwach. This is pretty consistent but the problem is there's literally another line of scaling which has Yamamoto much lower. Yamamoto < Fourth fusion Aizen < Dangai Ichigo < Monster Aizen < Mugetsu = True shikai Ichigo who lost to base Askin. And base Uryu fought both true shikai Ichigo (not bloodlusted) and Jugram who casually destroyed base Bazz - B who was comparable to shikai Yamamoto. All the elites are roughly equal to each other just with different abilities and scaling off of this all the elites are above Yamamoto (this is the scaling bleach hub uses) especially since Rroyd was holding up against Yamamoto and even if he was on the defensive he was at least on the level to not get destroyed immediately like lower characters would and he was just a regular sternritter using his schrift and all the elites are far above him. So it's not that the scaling is inconsistent but rather there are different forms of scaling that don't correlate at all. So bleach hub is actually right to place Yamamoto below the Schutzstaffel because it's consistent with his form of scaling

Basically plot armor to beat Ywach and to catch up to everyone else. Bad writing tbh I hope it's fixed within the anime. No way should a half blood Quincy be able to randomly active his powers towards the end of the series and it be that OP. Also they nerfed Mayuri during their battle and he was meant to lose his powers after that fight but you know plot kicked in 😂 He's one of the weakest Quincy with below average abilities. Sternritter J even mocks him during his battle with Ichigo in terms of comparisons and Senjumaru mocked his power in the latest episode of TYBW saying it's like "rain drops" before killing him 😂
What if a female character kicks him in the nuts? Can he Antithesis the injury back on them or not because they have no meat and veg themselves? As for Uryu himself, I'm not sure where he ranks in power. He fought Jugram but that's only because of his hax Antithesis power. As for Yhwach, that wasn't Uryu's power that hurt him, that was Yhwach's own power - the Auswahlen - used against him from the blood clot in his mothers heart. Anyone could have fired that arrow, it doesn't make Uryu Yhwach or Ichigo level. The best you could realistically level Uryu is on par with the likes of EOS Byakuya, Yoruichi and Urahara. But the Antithesis is only useful if Uryu's opponent goes into the fight having no idea what Uryu can do and drag the fight out like Kenpachi does so all the injures Uryu recives he can throw back on them. If he fights someone that knows what he can do, someone that prefers to end fights quickly by one-shoting their foe or someone with great battle intellect that will realise Uryu isn't defending himself from their attacks and sense something fishy going on he'll lose. So while he might win against someone like Grimmjow that just lashes out wildly and loves to make fights last long, he'd lose to someone like Yoruichi that prefers to just snap her opponents neck quick and easy. And you honestly think someone like Urahara or Mayuri will be dumb enough to keep stabbing an opponent that doesn't bother defending themselves before they figure out it's probably a trap.
Uryu is underrated and I actually think he would beat Jugram but he’s definitely not stronger than Yamamoto. Jugram can’t even perceive Yamamoto’s reiatsu which is enough to argue a potential transcendence gap between them and you can’t really use Royd to downplay Yamamoto cus Royd doesn’t do anything to Yamamoto just gets his ass kicked. The role Royd played was simply to trick Yamamoto into using his bankai prematurely since it’s a self damaging bankai like Kenny’s, Yamamoto specifies the danger to himself multiple times. Yamamoto believed that Royd was Yhwach and that trauma alone was enough to make him break his promise not to use bankai again, not because of Royd’s reiatsu but because he thought it was Yhwach. Aizen never made Yamamoto think he needed bankai but that doesn’t mean Royd is stronger than pre Hogyoku Aizen. Yamamoto can kill Uryu with a well placed attack and it’ll be too late for him to antithesize his way out of it. Also I’m not trying to say Royd is weak, he’s probably one of the strongest regular Sternritters (below the royal guard, Uryu, Jugram, and Gremmy) but scaling above a guy that did nothing to and got pushed around by bankai Yamamoto doesn’t make those characters stronger than Yamamoto. In CFYOW Shunsui (who did everything to beat Lille except activating the god paddle) was counting his blessings that Tokinada wasn’t using Ryujin Jakka at Yamamoto’s level and it’s also stated that Yama using it can evaporate Zanpakuto. So even shikai Yama can easily hang with Schutzstaffel off that alone Yamamoto beat base Yhwach 1000 years ago and if he faced the real Yhwach instead of Royd bar some fuckery with bankai stealing I see Yamamoto beating base Yhwach again, which is why Yhwach had Royd go first to trick Yama into using bankai prematurely

i think you heavily downplayed him against szayelappro lets start with the context of the fight they were inn a room where szayel could dissapates their reiatsu to where uryu could barely form a bow or use ginto AND YET uryu is still able to hit szayel with sprenger that is being constantly nerfed by the room so its more than just cut in half in power but it still actually almost ills szayel to the point where he has to absorb and entire life form to continue fighting and hes forced to use his release (uryu could arguebly still stand with his released form he got caught off guard with the hax)

He actually does. His reiatsu surpasses his and can rip through his defenses. Yama actually doesn't have resistance to heat which means he's tanking his own flames, if someone with similar or more reiatsu/durability comes along, they can do the same.
Vasto Lorde although he can’t use his bankai for long his body can still withstand it for a good amount of time anything his blade touches is vanished into nothingness uryu can not withstand that so please don’t say he can come on lol
Didn’t Uryu vs Haschwalt take place when Yhwach was awake? If so (I don’t remember if it did) then Bazz-B was fighting a Haschwalt with The Almighty while Uryu were fighting against Haschwalt with just The Balance and his own power.
Sarutobi The Third Swagkage I don't see Uryu being stronger than Bankai Yama, outside of "The A". Actually, even then you'd have to assume he survives the Bankai.
Doesn't feel right to me either, but then again this was the arc where Uryu went from being a bit stronger than Orihime, to acquiring an ability hax enough to counter The Almighty.

@@theonewhoasked7254 It was heavily implied during the ichibei fight that yamamoto defeated yhwach even with almighty 1000 years ago. Yhwach with almighty scales above the elites and yama was able to defeat him, this means that bankai yama scales above the elites. Also, Juugram didn't receive a buff in stats once he gained the almighty, all it does is allow him to see into the future (we don't even know if he activated it whilst he was fighting uryu). Juugram's best feat is him one shotting fullbring bankai ichigo but bankai yama > fullbring bankai.

I think that Uryu for me is more interesting character that Ichigo. At least because of his personality and struggles. It is obvious about Ichigo, that the worst thing that can happen to him is that he may lose the battle, but will survive, and even when he lost his powers because of captain Kuchiki, he could return it with the help of Urahara in 3-4 series, when Uryu lost them for almost 2 seasons and I personally prefer Uryu over Ichigo because I can empathize him as a person.
He is more interesting.
I'll say it again and again. Uryu Ishida is already the best damn Quincy in the series and one of the best damn co-lead characters in the series. He's incredibly intelligent, athletic, kind, compassionate, empathetic, and generous. Sure, he can be a bit of a tsundere, and sure he's a bit of an introverted stick-in-the-mud with, but that's part of his charm. He knows his own strength/powers and he knows when and how much to hold back. Despite being a Quincy, he completely sees, acknowledges, and understands the vital role that Humans, Soul Reapers/Shinigami, and Hollows play in maintaining the balance of reality. Uryu doesn't view or think of himself as superior to all other life forms, nor does he have any illusions of grandeur. Like Ichigo Kurosaki, Uryu doesn't needless injure or kill anything. In fact, like Ichigo, he's more opt to assist and protect others. And despite Hollows being his "mortal enemy," Uryu has saved many Hollows and even worked together with and befriended a few (Neliel, Peche, Don Don Chaka, Grim Jow). All of this already makes Uryu 1,000% better than all the rest of the Quincy. Sure, his powers and abilities may not be as broken or as powerful as some of the other Quincey's, but his intellect and resourcefulness make up for it. He's one of the most well-rounded and balanced Quincy's.
And currently is the Quincy King. Yeah he is.

The speed thing in Bleach is mostly about reiatsu and perception. Someone can dodge light and have issues with a mach 1000 bankai. Reiatsu can mess up one's speed and perception like the fact that Rukia couldn't even sense a hollow while in human Ichigo's presence in ep 1 or when Soi Fon thought her speed was being messed up by Baraggan's reiatsu.
@Kyoka Suigetsu Rukia didn't sense the hollow because of Ichigo. Rewatch that part of the 1st episode when she said Ichigo's power was screwing with her senses. Maybe she was slower than Baraggan, that's kinda iffy because of his ability but I was referring to when he slowed down her kicks, after she saw this twice, she began to assume it was his reiatsu then he explained his power to her.

1. Feat Mayuri in Soul Society arc with only one shot (with power up)
2. Stop Ichigo in Vasto Lorde form (Ichigo vs Ulquiorra)
3. Antithesis has potential to transcend even Almighty (as per Yhwach), but not a good counter strike against Haschwalth's Balance.
Technically he is as powerful as others but he is just inexperience and not fully reach his full potential of his own power.
All he did was cut off Ichigo's horn he didn't defeat him. He came from behind him & cut the horn to stop the Cero that in no way implies he's anywhere close to powerful. We see him get the shit beat outta him against R2 Ulquiora he was a weakling most of the series until he gets his sterntitter powers. He's behind the top tear in every arc easily until TYBW

It is certainly unbelievable. But somehow is true based on scaling. If Uryu can take on True Shikai Ichigo and not be instantly vaporised by his power than he scales to that level. Not sure if it was the Schrift that brought him up to that power ir the interaction with Yhwach, but Uryu is now one of the most OP characters in Bleach.
@@Cabolt44 Any of the Captains could have faced Ichigo and not been vaporized. That isn't really a feat. Uryuu fought Ulquiorra and wasn't killed instantly in the Hueco Mundo arc but he didn't scale to him either. The only character you can really scale Urryu to is Hashwald, and he's below him or he wouldn't have needed The Antithesis or been completely overwhelmed by The Balance. Hashwald also couldn't seal Yama's bankai (because only Yhwach could control the power of it) so Hash scales under Yama. That put Urryuu in the same tier, which is why he didn't confront Yhwach himself. Urryu has always picked his battles carefully and he knew he wasn't anywhere near strong enough to challenge Yhwach, but Ichigo was.

That power overwhelmed someone who could vaporize souls (Aizen). As for Uryu vs Ulquiorra he was about where Ichigo was prior to the Hueco Mundo arc and subsequent buffs. So overwhelmed by Ulquiorra, but not going to be vaporized is definitely correct. Haschwalth with the Almighty is basically Yhwach and Uryu survived that, while Haschwalth with the Balance could counter his own power (similar ability, more experience). Also remember what Haschwalth said, 'if Uryu faced his majesty then he could counter Yhwach with the Antithesis.' This shows that Uryu could've faced Yhwach as well (which he kinda does with that Inuyasha bow shot).

Hashwald isn't as strong as Yhwach with the Almighty. Uryuu comments on how he hasn't mastered it and Hashwald says that his powers are better suited for combat than the Almighty although Ywhach uses them in combat to completely decimate everyone who tries to come for him.
Countering the effects of the Almighty doesn't make Ishida able to actually kill Ywhach though. It just gives the shinigami the upperhand, so Hashwald was being a good soldier and eliminating a risk.
Ishida is pretty strong though.
@@Blah2000Blah Agreed. Haschwalth was a fair bit weaker than Yhwach but as the loyal soldier he was, went with the best course of action, which was to kill off Uryu (didn't do it though). Uryu was one counter to Yhwach, Ichigo another and that Still Silver was a hard counter to Yhwach. All 3 had to be used to kill Yhwach (sort of you'll see in the Light Novels), cause he was too OP.
I get what you're saying about if he is able to take the hit and survive however let's not forget he has rensotenkai so if he activates that ability and take a beating at the level he's at now he can drasticallyincrease his durability to take more damage and be able to use his antithesis ability to reverse that damage.
If I'm not mistaken rensotenkai only allows a Quincy to continue moving. In this theoretical, the importance of antithesis is that uryu is conscience enough to activate the ability. Rensotenkai would be of little help since the moment antithesis flipped the damage uryu could move anyway.

Btw, do you remember how jugram was about to finish uryu, when yhwach used the auswahlen on jugram. Well, I've always wondered why he didn't use the Antithesis then to reverse the damage from him to haschwalth. He was still conscious, and apparently able to move, since otherwise jugram wouldn't have had to finish him that fast.
8 months later but I believe it was Jugram's Balance power which meant his shield could consume any missfortune on him in this case the wounds and any fortune his opponent would get in this case Uryu healing and removing his injuries to be returned as missfortune to Uryu. Basically Ishida played uno reverse card and Haschwalth just did the same kind of. Overall Jugram is just the perfect counter to Ishida (funny enough he is a counter to almost anybody). This might have also been the reason Bazz B lost to Haschwallth, He may have used his power to shoot and attack Jugram who used his shield to consume the missfortune on him and turned it into missfortune on Bazz B.

Your assumption that Uryu is stronger Royd Lloyd means he's stronger than Yamamoto is weak. Yamamoto claps RL Ywach. The fight wasn't close and saying that Uryu was trying to take a lot of damage because he knew he couldn't beat Jugram, if he was as powerful as Jugram his schrift wouldve been a last resort not the main tactic. Uryu would never be able to take on Yamamoto especially Bankai Yamamoto.
Also RL Ywach has all of Ywach techniques because he copies memory which means he should be able to perform amazing technical feats like we see him do with Blut Vene and even Quincy Kidou

Uryuu was basically living with only 1% of his power until the Sternritter arc. Uryuu, like all partial quincy's, should of died of lost all their partial powers, but he lived and retained it. We underestimated the quincy's because Mayuri and Urahara made it sound like a massacre, but in reality, war time quincy's were all like substitute soul reapers, their living soul and body amplifying their power like time skip Ichigo.
If the final form of Ichigo's bankai is the time and space breaker, then it wouldn't surprise me of Uryuu's power was enough to resist space-time to some degree.

I think Yamamoto was sensed by lieutenants, if he really were above Uryu, that shouldn't be possible for anyone weaker than post RG base Rukia. People should note however that Yamamoto was explaining alot of his abilities to Royd, meaning they're new to Yhwach, meaning Yhwach got murked hard in like a few seconds after going bankai 1000 yrs back. Royd was probably at the level of that Yhwach. Yama should be above Shunsui who's above the gotei, meaning he still claps elites but that should be about it.

One flaw I find is for antithesis to work he has to survive.How in the hell is he even gonna even approach Yamamoto. His arrows will be vaporised and he will be vaporised from a single hit.He wouldnt even have the time to cast anti thesis. Remember Ywach won vs a weakened Yama that didnt have a arm plus a missing bankai, which was absolute bs.Even tite kubo had trouble killing of yama thats why he always brings an ass pull like wonderweiss or bankai stealing medalion to take Yama out of the equation. Uryuu stands no chance vs bankai Yama.
Bankai yama high diffs like every captain we ever knew of except CFYOW captains and Aizen, yeah.
People tend to think scaling to yama's shikai is incredible, while it is "just" achievable by kyoraku, ukitake and later on pre-butterfly aizen.
But his physical strength is above anything but dangai ichigo, and his bankai is pretty much a oneshot machine with instant hit capabilities. Not even Rukia's bankai could compare due to the vast spiritual pressure gap between them.

If you’re trying to scale Uryu’s regular stats to Yamamoto then that’s flat out wrong, he may beat him through the use to his Antithesis but that’s about it. Simply being an Elite Guard doesn’t warrant automatic scaling to Yamamoto, especially since Yhwach flat out says nobody was capable of absorbing his bankai (Haschwalth was right there when he said that).
He wouldn't even get beat by the Schrift because Uryu would be killed in an instant.

I'm debating some points on your vids because I like them and there aren't enough Bleach vids on UA-cam. Plus I'm seeing them long after you posted.
Your scaling of the Sternritter in the series is inaccurate. The fact that Ywhach says that only he can control the power of Yama's bankai and he seals it instead of risking facing it with his own power scales Yama above all Quincy (minus Yhwach).
Your point about Rroyd is a non factor, because his appearance* (and maybe reiatsu) is the same as Yhwach and Yamma knows how powerful Yhwach is because he already faced him before. He went all out hoping to destroy him quickly without taking any chances because Yhwach and Yama are at comparable power levels.
There are several things to consider for this. First off, the scaling is inconsistent because Yamamoto's bankai couldn't be handled by anyone other than Yhwach which puts him above all the sternritters and Yhwach (Rroyd) told Jugram not to get hit by it which Implies that Yamamoto was on the level to damage the strongest Quincy (lore wise) apart from Yhwach. This is pretty consistent but the problem is there's literally another line of scaling which has Yamamoto much lower. Yamamoto < Fourth fusion Aizen < Dangai Ichigo < Monster Aizen < Mugetsu = True shikai Ichigo who lost to base Askin. And base Uryu fought both true shikai Ichigo (not bloodlusted) and Jugram who casually destroyed base Bazz - B who was comparable to shikai Yamamoto. All the elites are roughly equal to each other just with different abilities and scaling off of this all the elites are above Yamamoto (this is the scaling bleach hub uses) especially since Rroyd was holding up against Yamamoto and even if he was on the defensive he was at least on the level to not get destroyed immediately like lower characters would and he was just a regular sternritter using his schrift and all the elites are far above him. So it's not that the scaling is inconsistent but rather there are different forms of scaling that don't correlate at all. So bleach hub is actually right to place Yamamoto below the Schutzstaffel because it's consistent with his form of scaling

Basically plot armor to beat Ywach and to catch up to everyone else. Bad writing tbh I hope it's fixed within the anime. No way should a half blood Quincy be able to randomly active his powers towards the end of the series and it be that OP. Also they nerfed Mayuri during their battle and he was meant to lose his powers after that fight but you know plot kicked in 😂
He's one of the weakest Quincy with below average abilities. Sternritter J even mocks him during his battle with Ichigo in terms of comparisons and Senjumaru mocked his power in the latest episode of TYBW saying it's like "rain drops" before killing him 😂
What if a female character kicks him in the nuts? Can he Antithesis the injury back on them or not because they have no meat and veg themselves?
As for Uryu himself, I'm not sure where he ranks in power. He fought Jugram but that's only because of his hax Antithesis power. As for Yhwach, that wasn't Uryu's power that hurt him, that was Yhwach's own power - the Auswahlen - used against him from the blood clot in his mothers heart. Anyone could have fired that arrow, it doesn't make Uryu Yhwach or Ichigo level. The best you could realistically level Uryu is on par with the likes of EOS Byakuya, Yoruichi and Urahara. But the Antithesis is only useful if Uryu's opponent goes into the fight having no idea what Uryu can do and drag the fight out like Kenpachi does so all the injures Uryu recives he can throw back on them. If he fights someone that knows what he can do, someone that prefers to end fights quickly by one-shoting their foe or someone with great battle intellect that will realise Uryu isn't defending himself from their attacks and sense something fishy going on he'll lose. So while he might win against someone like Grimmjow that just lashes out wildly and loves to make fights last long, he'd lose to someone like Yoruichi that prefers to just snap her opponents neck quick and easy. And you honestly think someone like Urahara or Mayuri will be dumb enough to keep stabbing an opponent that doesn't bother defending themselves before they figure out it's probably a trap.
Uryu is underrated and I actually think he would beat Jugram but he’s definitely not stronger than Yamamoto. Jugram can’t even perceive Yamamoto’s reiatsu which is enough to argue a potential transcendence gap between them and you can’t really use Royd to downplay Yamamoto cus Royd doesn’t do anything to Yamamoto just gets his ass kicked. The role Royd played was simply to trick Yamamoto into using his bankai prematurely since it’s a self damaging bankai like Kenny’s, Yamamoto specifies the danger to himself multiple times. Yamamoto believed that Royd was Yhwach and that trauma alone was enough to make him break his promise not to use bankai again, not because of Royd’s reiatsu but because he thought it was Yhwach. Aizen never made Yamamoto think he needed bankai but that doesn’t mean Royd is stronger than pre Hogyoku Aizen.
Yamamoto can kill Uryu with a well placed attack and it’ll be too late for him to antithesize his way out of it.
Also I’m not trying to say Royd is weak, he’s probably one of the strongest regular Sternritters (below the royal guard, Uryu, Jugram, and Gremmy) but scaling above a guy that did nothing to and got pushed around by bankai Yamamoto doesn’t make those characters stronger than Yamamoto.
In CFYOW Shunsui (who did everything to beat Lille except activating the god paddle) was counting his blessings that Tokinada wasn’t using Ryujin Jakka at Yamamoto’s level and it’s also stated that Yama using it can evaporate Zanpakuto. So even shikai Yama can easily hang with Schutzstaffel off that alone
Yamamoto beat base Yhwach 1000 years ago and if he faced the real Yhwach instead of Royd bar some fuckery with bankai stealing I see Yamamoto beating base Yhwach again, which is why Yhwach had Royd go first to trick Yama into using bankai prematurely

Uryu is such a tricky character to scale. I wish the “Antithesis” didn’t exist for him. I honestly can’t see him beating Yamamoto. You could argue that even Kisuke and Shunsui could beat him since there abilities somehow counters his abilities

He actually does. His reiatsu surpasses his and can rip through his defenses. Yama actually doesn't have resistance to heat which means he's tanking his own flames, if someone with similar or more reiatsu/durability comes along, they can do the same.

Royd is an ordinary sternritter meaning he is not as strong as the elites who uryu joins meaning uryus spititual enegy is the same or even higher to yama even if he loses mobility and is burnt by the flames one of the quincy abilities allows him to gain massive spiritual energy and move his limbs like a puppet adding the attack blut vene he produce a huge attack one that even yama would not be able to block easily even without it blut vene allows him to survive yamas flames uryu has ways to defeat yama bit yamamoto does not have ways to beat uryu

Yhwach with almighty scales above the elites and yama was able to defeat him, this means that bankai yama scales above the elites. Also, Juugram didn't receive a buff in stats once he gained the almighty, all it does is allow him to see into the future (we don't even know if he activated it whilst he was fighting uryu). Juugram's best feat is him one shotting fullbring bankai ichigo but bankai yama > fullbring bankai.
