Pro tip. You can build at Cyclops, i turned mine into a base with growing food and big container for each resource. Best way to kill reaper is with prawns mining hand.
Lol, for real! I got this in like 2018 and played it pretty hard... got to the volcano area and like an ass, took the Cyclops down there. My next trip was scavenging my stuff from the lockers of the broken sub. I quit. Finally went back in late 2022 and made my sub a base at the giant tree and beat the game. Lesson learned.
As someone who has done 5+ plays of this game, the walls and floors in this game are more like light suggestions on where you should go than actual objects.
Strange alien message: "Not allowed to disable weapon, planet under quarantine" Crowmeda: "Well, that has nothing to do with me" Also Crowmeda: "My ride just blew up, how am I going to leave this planet!" Yeah, that was sooo unexpected, right?
I'm surprised in the last fight that crowmeda didn't use the grapple arm so he can grapple to the reaper and use the drill arm to drill the absolute hell out of the reaper.

So close! 🤣 To be honest though, I would've missed it too from panicking over the oxygen _and_ encountering those crabsquids for the first time. They're the second most hated beastie in this game for me, I swear. I passed this game with many spoilers in between but it was a phenomenal experience, I wouldnt have imagined the incredible combination that your charisma would be with the playthrough, love every single of your videos and i can go knowing the time i spent watching them was worth it

The gas torpedos do a lot of damage but regenerate after they leave the cloud. The way to kill it using them is to stasis rifle it and spam it with gas torpedos so it dies. Grappling onto it and using the drill arm is just a lot easier though

Small tip about upgrading you O2 tank: You don't need to waste resources by building an extra one for the upgrade, you can just unequip your old O2 tank and use it to build the new one
Lol the torpedoes don't do damage.. they're strictly for defense. If you had made the stasis rifle, you could have froze it in place & knifed it. Your knife is the only offensive weapon in the game that can actually kill. There's lore that explains why.
Funny... they designed it so you never had to make the scenic trip back. If you had your locations memorized, the babies came out through the final portal, which was the one underwater right next to the giant laser. All you had to do was deactivate it then and there, seaglide to the rocket and leave.

Bro i I hate the part at the sea emperor when she dies I really hate it because the way she talked to the character was so sweet it made me feel so much empathy for her for her suffering just being stuck there and then the story of her being stuck there and then the I don't even remember what they're called The Architects being they're not helping her or giving her what she wants it hurts so much cuz it reminded me of stuff in my life but oh my God it hurts to see that here that it makes me cry all the damn time
I think it's funny that the room the emporor is in has portals in it that take u to the locations of all the plants you need you never half to leave the lava zone or the containment facility
Just a little tip for if you play again, you are able to use the portals both ways, you don’t have to stay on the other end, they are meant for quick transportation around the map
to avoid the Ghost Leviathan attacking your cyclops, you have to put your cyclops on the lowest speed and silent mode then you will be safe when going by the Ghost Leviathan.

Not gonna lie, I spent five minutes in my moth scanning the biome where Keen's pod was for Reaper silhouettes or their roars.Kinda crazy how there isn't really any reapers there, tho.It's perfect territory for them, based off their data entry.

In case it hasn't already been said dozens of times, take down leviathans using the Prawn suit with grapple arm and drill arm. Hold onto it behind the head a ways with the grapple and then drill into it. It takes a bit but you will kill it. Release and heal as needed.

Players can try to let a reaper get close and then stasis rifle it before getting back into their prawn suit to fire all of their torpedoes before the reaper escapes the rifle blast. This could definitely kill a reaper, which has 5000 health and could be eliminated by taking the full damage from 10 torpedo clouds.
@@myst3151 Completely false, all hostile leviathans can be killed and (with the exception of void ghosts) do not respawn. I have killed reapers with both the thermoblade and the seamoth perimeter defense system, the latter I've also used to kill a ghost levi. I've also seen a sea dragon be killed with gasopod gas pods.

You don’t even need a propulsion/repulsion cannon to explore the Aurora, there’s a second entrance to it and you should be able to jump on the debris to get in/out
re the crash fish, when it swims towards you try swimming not away but towards it and past. They are set to explode at a certain distance and can't do U tuns, rfesult, you get away with less or no damage.;

The crab squid also destroyed it just a few seconds after he left, so it wouldn’t have made much of a difference

Small tip! Bone sharks are attarcted to light. Thats why they constantly followed you. You had flashlight on their face everytime you saw them lol.

Seeing that you left infected creatures in the containment tank in your base...the infection LIVES! The quarantine failed.

The dead zone has the biggest ghost leviathan in the game, and when you get out of the map it pushes you back in to the map
