You can use the ardell red and gold color correct at Sally’s to prevent warm tones when bleaching or dying hair. I use it all the time and it does help tone my hair while I’m dying it.

It’s funny the one step I need is how the bleach mixture is made. What is in that bowl because when I hear bleach I think the liquid I use to wash whites??
sjabouin so the bleach consist of any number of volume developer (most people use 20,30,or 40 volume) and hair bleach that is usually a powder; some popular brands are bw2 powder,Wella color charm powder,kaleidocolor powder. You mix the liquid developer with the powder into a hair mixing bowl or really any bowl and that creates hair bleach.When mixing go for a paste like or thicker version of pancake batter texture. You can find everything on Amazon.

FLAWLESS! Since bleach strips out color molecules from hair and does not deposit, adding a color to tone at the same time will not work because the bleach will just pull the toning color out too. Hair dyes also deposit which is why they can lift and tone to some extent at the same time. This is why blue or purple bleaches are not only just a gimmick, but they actually make it harder to see how the bleach is lightening the hair, so I find it better to stick to white bleaches because the colored ones have no added benefit.
