It's been a harsh year. And obviously hard for our Narrowboaters. But as a community and my IG dog friends we've all helped each other through. Thank you for still being there. Totally understand you not posting all the time. It's strange times. Give Munchy & Alice a nuggie off Ruby. I know this is a late comment. But hope Munchy is well recovered from his scrap.🐱🐱😳💜💜. Onwards and upwards as we come out of these latest restrictions. Hugs to you all. 🤗❤🐶🐾
I really do not understand why people give vlogs a thumbs down, been noticing it a lot on all the vlogs I follow.
Surely if you do not like something just do not watch it, it is not like any of the people I watch create offensive material, why hit out at people giving up their time to to entertain us especially during these unsettling times.

I think people that do that are just displaying their total lack of class. You cannot please everyone, especially the ignorant 😉
The thumbs down may not be in direct response to the video. The television app has a tendency to toss videos at you that you've seen, have no interest in, or have specifically already given a thumbs down. It is annoying and the thumbs down is often an effort to tell the YT bot to knock it off.
Your cheerful, upbeat vlogs have provided a positive start to my weeks during the insanity in the US! I missed you two when you were gone!
I feared you were quitting narrowboating and I surprised myself by how sad that made me feel. Thank goodness you are hanging in there like everyone else around the world. So hang in there so much longer dear people!

Cruising the Cut and fish finger sandwiches got me through the dark times of chemo-therapy 😁. These ladies bring a bit of joy to our Sunday mornings.

Done the Country Gent Guy, done Mr C - C enjoyed them both. Came across these two girls by accident and they bring a whole new, fresh look at narrowboat living. I've enjoyed the lot, wish I could find some way of watching them in order. I appear to have seen quite a few Part1 episodes but Part 2 is..nowhere to be found. I think they are excellent, love what they've done. Sadly I am too old and unwell to do a boat single handed, so I enjoy watching these two, who are very capable. I am also a cat person so there is no down side to any of this.
I always enjoy your vlogs- please don’t stop doing them.

I discovered narrowboats two months ago. I have since discovered there are lots of you and lots of vlogs. It is a fine way to get through dreary Seattle winter - much like the UK cool and damp. We have plenty of boats here and lots of navigable water but nothing like your canals. We are not fully locked down right now but limited. Thank you for inviting me aboard and doing all of the work. Maybe one day I will be able to visit the UK and lease a boat. Be healthy.

I vote for doing your route forward and back again so you get double the vlogs. It's very relaxing to follow you on your journey, no matter where you go.
I have been woodcarving caricature Christmas ornaments as well as crocheting, to give out for Christmas gifts. Love your videos so much. Our Mom crocheted and made quilts, so I have picked up her craft and my sister has picked up Mom's craft of quilting. I am so glad we are able to pass a little bit of our Mom to siblings and friends.
I feel very lucky to have a whole pin set ... so far. If you keep creating these wonderful designs, I will certainly keep buying them. Especially the "through the porthole" ones. All four of you please take care.

It was good to see you two were back. At these times you always worry about the virus. We caught your Vlogs earlier this year and over a few months and a few Vlogs per day have crammed all of them in. We are worn out. It has been great to see your journey and we do realise that Anna does ALL the work with Cath watching and Cathsplaining (🤣), to make it sound like her ideas. Its because of you 2 that me & my partner are going on an canal boat adventure in 2021. Not sure if we are going narrow or wide beam yet prob narrow so we can do as much as possible.
I love cat antics - and my cats enjoyed watching them as well. "WHY ARE THERE NO TREATS FOR US?!" Cat famine and all.... With Minimal List - the word you are looking for is either driven or determined. They have a goal to cruise all of the network - and I've never seen such grit. I admire them - and enjoy their vlogs - so much.
Good to see you and the cats are all ok. You should definitely do from Gloucester docks the whole of the canal. Obviously you can’t cruise it, but a look at the Stroudwater up to Stroud would be great. Take care.

Really interesting watching you two, from another perspective, ie, jono's stern, looking across to you two on your stern. And doing the locks, and bumping boats, and scoring, and everything. I'd say any vlog no matter what the scenery is your comments are the most interesting be they on passing features ,historic notes, your and the cats daily lives .I also thoroughly enjoyed your "Through the Hedge feature "Where you visited places of interest from Manor houses to Grocery shopping at Tesco's. Lets face it I for one am living the narrowboat life vicariously and I'm sure I'm not alone.

all the vlogs are shutting down due to the virus which is so sad as they kept me sane in lock-down but apart from taking my dog out 3/4 times a day and shopping once a fortnight I stay put as not taking any chances....by the way ...do you know what happened to Jono...followed his travels then all of a sudden they stopped and nothing for over a year...what happened to him...did work get in the way....

I get a great deal of pleasure out of your natural delivery (reads like you are giving birth). Feel like I am popping around to a friends for morning coffee. Wanted to say that I am pleased you are staying until the new year. Most vbloggers hit and run on the G&S. Thank you for taking the time to look a bit deeper into the G&S. Did you know Bristol folk drink the water? My first trip was to Gloucester docks with a lady who wanted to know what narrowboat life was like. We got half way through the lifted big road bridge, during rush hour, and ran out of petrol. The canal museum is lovely, as is the Cathedral. They have a full sized knitted nativity scene there.
Excellent and completely wonderful prize draw! :) ... I vote for filming both ways, and choosing the best versions of each 'scene'. :)

could you please ------ I would like to know how narrowboats look inside for Christmas----------- curious about where to put the tree-------------although sure about how Father Christmas gets in------------are there any Christmas specific Christmas stories dealing with narrowboats------------------ie. has anyone seen F.C. flying on the canal-------------Dave(cruising the cut) did a fabulous Halloween story. Would you be willing a go, at a Christmas story?
