- Welcome to Holmby Hills! This is really Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous territory. Everyone from Frank Sinatra to P Diddy, Walt Disney to Kylie Jenner has called this neighborhood home. So there was a lot of house hunting going on! Although, perhaps another reason this neighborhood attracts the A-listers is because these huge houses come with huge walls. You can only really see the tops of some of the mansions, but even the walls look fancy with their impressive stone and landscaping. Nevertheless, it was a welcome distraction while huffing and puffing up these challenging hills, and it was fun exploring this compact but dramatic area. I was able to get a lot of elevation in a small amount of mileage, and saw some potential future homes along the way!

I lived in Laguna Beach for 20 years. We had our celebs (Robert Englund, Heather Locklear a few others. We prided ourselves on staying low key. Nothing under 1.5 million today. It was great but it's still a beach community so traffic/parking is always an issue no matter how much money you had
Laguna Beach is so beautiful, and it really feels like a quaint little beach town even though the homes go for millions. I don't blame you for wanting to stay low key!
